In summary

Bear Creek Golf Complex is appreciated for its well-maintained greens and fairways, friendly staff, and enjoyable course layout suitable for golfers of all skill levels. The Cub course is particularly noted as a good option for beginners and families. However, some visitors have expressed concerns about the range conditions, restroom cleanliness, and occasional issues with pricing and customer service. Additionally, the lack of potable water on the course and the distance between facilities have been mentioned as areas needing improvement.

We always enjoy Bear Creek. Not too difficult and the course is kept in good shape throughout the year. The Cub course is great for the kids and when playing with my Mom. It's a nice balance between the two.

Ben great service 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 ⸻ I recently had the pleasure of playing at Bear Creek Golf Complex in Chandler, and it was truly a great experience from start to finish. The course itself offers a fun and enjoyable layout that’s perfect for golfers of all skill levels — from beginners to seasoned players — and the greens and fairways are in excellent condition, making each round feel smooth and rewarding. What really stood out to me, though, was the customer service. Ben went above and beyond to make our visit exceptional. His friendliness, professionalism, and eagerness to help made us…

Really nice golf course. The areas that need to be maintained, fairway, tee box, green, etc. are very lush and green. Don't be deceived by the dirt, it really is a hazard space. I think the pricing was a little high for the course, but the carts were in excellent condition as well as everywhere else. Staff was friendly and pace of play was pretty good, for a Monday. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town

Course is awesome. 99% of the employees are amazing. 1 star for LeslieAnn at the shop, she is very unprofessional, yelling at my group for saying we didn’t pay. Causing a scene. In the end, she was wrong. Didn’t apologize or acknowledge her wrongdoing. Probably because she has blue hair. Shout out Judy at the start of the morning at the shop. She’s actually awesome!

I’ve gone to this course several times and I am always reminded of the issues. I don’t recommend this course considering there are others nearby with much better overall conditions and experiences. My biggest issue with this course is the range conditions, the facility and the cost. This course is extremely overpriced compared to other courses in the area. Today, we went to the range and had to wait with 7 others just to be able to hit. We had to share the same hitting area and the conditions were awful. There is never grass to hit off of and it’s always packed dirt or sand. The range and fir…

Staff are always friendly. Love this course and the food is very good!!! Restrooms on the course are disgustingly filthy, toilets do not flush and have stool stuck all around them. I don’t think they ever get cleaned. Trash cans are always full. We have notified the staff in the pro shop but it hasn’t improved. Hand sanitizer is often empty, as well.

I recently had a fantastic experience at the Cub Course, and overall, it was a great time. The staff really stood out; the man at the front desk was incredibly helpful, and the workers at the cart station were friendly and welcoming. The cart we rented was clean, well-maintained, and worked perfectly throughout our round. The course wasn't overly crowded, which made for a relaxed atmosphere, and everyone we encountered on the course was respectful and friendly. However, my main concern was the condition of the course and its surroundings. The overall appearance of the course, including the pa…

They have 2 courses here, both are decent courses. The Bear course is their traditional 18 holes and their Cub course is their short course. Overall, not overly challenging courses and pretty straightforward holes/layout. There isn't a lot of trees here so you can get away with errant shots and still shoot a good round. Greens are usually in good condition. Definitely a course to potentially go low! Most recently played the Cub course this past weekend. Was disappointed in the condition, especially with it being almost peak golf season here in AZ and the cost of the round. Majority of the ho…

I was just there for the kids tournament (4/19/26) watching my 10 year old grand daughter compete. Another grandmother who was babysitting her 10 year old that was competing and her 5 year old grandson was refused to rent one of many golf carts to watch the tournament. Mackenzie was adamant that she was sticking to their policy of golf cart rentals had to be made in advance for this event...the parents who were traveling hadn't done this...who can always predict their travel schedule much less when grandparents can come watch? But she stuck to the rule!!! I'm not sure what the goal was, but I…

Very unprofessionally run golf course. When we arrived, the driving range was closed because no one was available to dispense golf balls. Not a great start, but we went out anyway. After finishing 9 holes, we were forced off the course due to “weather,” even though it only rained for about ten minutes and cleared up shortly after. We didn’t even ask for a rain check — the staff offered one — but all they gave us was 15% toward our next round, which doesn’t make sense when they were the ones who stopped us from playing the back 9. The entire situation felt disorganized and poorly handled. Rea…

Played the Cub course...it was definitely fun but challenging. U have to be accurate with your irons to score. Greens and fairways are in excellent shape for this time of year.

Good executive course. Always in good shape. No potable water on the course stinks. Areas around the greens in good shape. Great price for 3 hour round.
