The community atmosphere and amenities, including the clubhouse and dining options, receive positive feedback for their quality and service. My name is chad brockhoff my wife’s name is Jennifer. We live in Cottonwood, Palo Verte and go eat quite often at Palo Verte. Today we went and had a Reuben sandwich as we usually do and my wife on her last couple of bites ate a very large piece of plastic inside of it that was sharp look like a shark‘s tooth, but it was plastic. The manager came out said he was sorry and they were cleaning the kitchen no offer of a free dessert no free sandwich at that point and now my wife’s gum is bleeding. She didn’t know when she was in there but when we got home, she discovered it cut her gums. I think t…

They could care less about the full time working residents! They don't understand that everyone in the community is not retired. I moved into this community for the peace and quiet in my older years, not the case anymore. They cater only to the snowbirds! The event noise from the patio is unbearable! I live at least 1/4 mile away from this location and cannot enjoy my own patio in the evening. Makes me wish I would have never bought a home in this area! If you value peace and quiet, don't live in Palo Verde!!🤬

Love living in this community. Wouldn't recommend it for an Airbnb. We tried that first, and they make your life and your guest life a nightmare. But actual homeowners are treated like gold, and it's a great community with nice country clubs and beautiful greens. They have a waiver for 45-55 if you pass the screening, which is what we did, but it will be our snowbird retirement home.

Great little executive course. It’s a par 62 so it’s made up of 12 par 3s, 4 par 4s, and 2 par 5s. Well maintained and interesting to play. We call this target golf because the greens are small on some of the shorter par 3s, and it’s challenging to see how many greens you can stick. Clubhouse and pro shop are well staffed with friendly service anytime I see them

What a fun and gorgeous course. Don't think you are going to score well just because it is short - some of the holes are tough. A lot of the holes have beautiful lakes - the bunkering on the course is phenomenal and the greens are just fast enough and very smooth. I heard the food is really good too - I still need to check it out. I have sold homes to clients in this neighborhood and they love it! Overall 5 star Golf Course.

Very convenient. Resident only restaurant Service isn't always great. Staff is always very nice. Food isn't spectacular, but good. Overall, it's unremarkable.

Staff was so rude I would never wanna give my money to a place like this. You act like you’re a 5 star restaurant when you’re a lowdown clubhouse in the middle of nowhere. Do better.
