In summary

Beaver Creek Golf Club is appreciated for its challenging layout, friendly staff, and well-maintained course, with a variety of three 9-hole courses that offer a fun experience at affordable prices. However, many visitors express concerns about the management of tee times, often leading to slow pace of play and overcrowding, which detracts from the overall golfing experience. Some also mention issues with customer service and course conditions, suggesting room for improvement in these areas.

Challenging. It was not busy and very relaxing on a Saturday mid-morning. Lost several balls due to the hazards, but still enjoyed my round of golf. The greens were affordable and the safe were wonderful. I enjoy playing here every time I am in Des Moines area. 27 holes to choose from. The south course is a position 9, while other 2 nines are a bit more open for golf sprayers. ✌️

Man working the front counter was extremely rude. Booked for two golfers and two carts, was told all was good. Then when our second golfer came to get the second cart, he was told to “not assume they have extra carts”. Though we did not assume, we booked for two carts and was told all was good. Course is overbooked for 5 minute intervals for tee times. Tee’d off 15 late and had two groups right on us the whole time. Took almost 6 hours for 18. Course was in rough shape, front counter and ranger were both very rude and made us not feel welcomed at all. Would not give this place another dime. Pl…

Fun course weather lately has been awful. A lot of standing water. We probably should feel lucky that they let us play. Challenging. Narrow fairways.

Nice friend staff, website is very user friendly to reserve tee times, courses are open and forgiving, and a very friendly atmosphere. Will definitely be golfing here again when I'm in the area.

First time here and have to say this place welcomed us ( had a group of 4 and two riders ) warmly. Unlike some other places this wasn't a stuck up club with members all over you on every other shot. Played the west and south courses but it was quality for the price and I'd like to play another 27 here and try all 3. Open layout and a beautiful day the course greens were firm and fair. Play was moved along nicely and this honestly was just a pleasant father's day round. Kudos to the grounds grew also. Well maintained.

Great course. BAD MANAGEMENT!! 6 HOUR ROUND OF GOLF. 5 MINUTE TEE TIME INTERVALS. They're scorecards say 9 holes should be played at a maximum of 2 hours. What a joke

Tee time was 10:48 and drove up to the tee box at 10:40 to find the 10:32 and 10:40 group standing there as well. Teed off at 11:20 and finished at 6 hours. Asked if we could jump onto another 9 and was told they’re fully booked and can’t do anything about it. 8 minute tee times ruin the pace and be ready for a long round! Each hole has 3 groups on it and it’s every time.

Not a bad place at all for people whom actually enjoy golfing...lol I don't like golfing but If i did, this place would make it more enjoyable. We had our company outing here few weeks ago and dont have any complaints. Here is a picture of my Son Dominick (right) and one of his best friends/co-worker enjoying the day. These 2 are inseparable, they also get along incredibly great and the golfing at this place made them even closer! =) Thanks

Played 18 on West/East on 9/7. Condition of this course is absolutely terrible. Ownership should be embarrassed of how the condition of the tee boxes and fareways are kept. When this was owned by the Mannings is was impeccable. Not coming back anytime soon.

Great course. Well maintained. Fun/interesting features. The beer cart girl was a delight! Reading a few of the other reviews, I would definitely agree that the course did feel busy times. ...my group was bumping into the group in front of us and still had balls landing right behind our carts.
