In summary

Berlin Country Club receives mixed reviews, with many appreciating its affordability, friendly staff, and the enjoyable, albeit challenging, layout of the nine-hole course. However, frequent criticisms highlight the poor condition of the tee boxes, shared fairways, and issues with customer service, including unresponsive management and a lack of accommodation for certain requests. While some visitors find it a great value for casual play, others are disappointed by the overall maintenance and management practices.

I thought it was a fun little track and not very expensive. Tee boxes rough but greens were excellent. Loved the elevation changes. Wish I would have gotten name of person who checked me in, they got me on the first tee right away. Got done 1.5 hours. Will be back next time i am in the area.

I emailed the owner about getting my lost club back and they never responded back to me. I had to file a complaint with the better business bureau and it took them over a month to respond to the better business bureau. they told the better business bureau they would return my lost club, however, I have not received my lost club or heard anything back from them. pretty pathetic and disrespectful

I had a good experience I went with my friends and the workers were very nice it was a hot day so when we came back to the club house they gave us water the only bad thing is the tee boxes the greens and fairways are nice so I would recommend going here.

Had a terrible experience at this golf course. I went with my 3 friends and right away the workers started staring us down and immediately were extremely rude. The manager and owner were both drunk out of their minds and shaking from alcoholism and nicotine addiction. On the second hole we drove the golf cart a couple feet past the path (an honest mistake) and a man with a beard approached my two friends yelling profanities about golf etiquette they ended up kicking us out and not refunding our money(43 dollars per person) the lady at the bar clearly had some screws missing and the two other g…

course sucks, management is horrible, tee boxes are horrible, they liey for years saying that they will fix the tee boxes and they wont. they are over priced course. ask them about all the owed back taxes to the IRS and calls from debt collectors they have been getting in the past. one of the owners got pulled over by berlin police for driving without a license.

To be honest, this country club was a dumpster fire. The tee boxes were more dirt than grass, holes 3 & 6 shared the same fairway, the clerk in the pro shop seemed annoyed with my boyfriend when he asked if there was ride alongs. Clerk told him “it’s not a common practice”, but every course in the area lets you if you pay a cart fee. ($15 cart fee for a piece of junk as well) we know this because I always watch him play while I stay in the cart. Very long and demanding list of rules for a place that looks so run down and dirty. Safe to say that we will not be returning. Don’t waste your money…

Fun little course. Was able to get a Tee time without an issue. The course is fun, fast greens, well manicured, clean. Some of the holes use the same fairways, which is a first for me as hitting in both directions at the same time, takes some eyes, ears, and common sense to navigate the fairways (3 & 4 kinda tight). I recommend that you go run through 9, check it out for yourself. Could be the course that helps you improve a certain part of your game.

Nice little 9 hole course usually in good shape. Hilly but walkable. Greens are fast, sloped and tough. Otherwise not too challenging. You can score well here. 3 par 3s. I probably use only 4 clubs. Good value and worth a try. I play Berlin probably 2-3x a year. Recommend

Best 9 holes for the money... Not a ton of frills but definitely a value and a much improved course since I started playing here 25 or so years ago... Considering the loss of twin springs... Stow acres north and the international it's nice to have a local course

I’ve played some bad little courses but this one takes the cake for the worst. There is room for about 5 holes, which they’ve attempted to turn into 9. Multiple holes share fairways more than I’ve ever seen, creating many dangerous situations teeing off into other groups without even knowing due to hills. No par 5s, mostly pitch and put style holes with one being as short as 108 yards from the furthest tee despite being marketed as a “country club”. Cart paths are awful, not to mention poorly maintained tee boxes with some being on slopes causing you to have to reach down or up to tee off. The…

Got a deal for 9 holes walking for 10 bucks and the course reflected that price. Tee boxes in major disrepair. Lots of crab grass. Interesting but ultimately not a great lay out. Beyond that the starter was supremely rude. After finishing a shouting match with another group coming back to start there 10th hole, he claimed we where late despite being 10 minutes early. Sort or ruined the first few holes for us. It was decent but I've seen better grass in a public park. Don't think I'll be going back any time soon and I'd recommend you look for another course

Simply put, this was the worst course I have ever played. I paid ~$40 to ride for nine holes, and a fair price for this should have been $10. The greens were about as hard as concrete, fairways equivalent to heavy rough at other courses, and literally some tee boxes didn't have grass. I understand this is quite early in the season, but to charge that much money for what this course is should be a crime.
