In summary

Black Hawk Golf Club is highly praised for its beautifully maintained course, challenging layout, and friendly, attentive staff. The club offers excellent amenities, including a welcoming clubhouse and outstanding dining options, set against a picturesque backdrop. While the club receives accolades for its overall experience, some express disappointment over its private status, limiting access to non-members. Additionally, there are isolated concerns about management responsiveness to facility issues.

We attended a tent event at the Hawk Club, and it was such an amazing experience. The scenery was perfect, the food was absolutely delicious, and the view of the golf course made it even better. Id rate it higher if I could, recommend this place 100/10.

Had a fantastic time at the Hawk today! Challenging course, smooth play, excellent service and some of the best cheese curds I've ever had! Always a pleasure whenever I get to head out there. Highly recommend

Beautiful golf course with spectacular views, surrounded by nature and model homes, and a rich history being modeled after George Washington’s Mt. Vernon estate. The service and friendliness is outstanding. You don’t feel like you’re in the north, you feel like you’ve transcended into Southern hospitality. The food and the chef are both excellent and Brian, the general manager, is awesome!

I say 2 stars just for the way it looks from the street. It should be opened to Golfers all around the area. It looks like a beautiful course, I grew up on that golf course when it was Burr Hill. No homes around there, and it wasn't private. You should let Golfers play your course!! Nobody is better then one another. I enjoy the game of golf for the love of the game, I Personally would love to see how this course changed over the last 30+ years!!

Played this course for 15 years growing up. I moved out of state for 10 years and came back to find that the course is now fully private. Very disappointed to see they have gone this route. Nice course that unfortunately I will probably never play again.

Course and fairways were solid for this late in the season. Saul the locker room/ outside attendant w The greens were a bit slow, but, you know, November. The staff was legit, too. This late they could " mail it in", they didn't. Thanks again!
