Black Oak Golf Club

We only utilized the dining facilities, but the course looked beautiful. Wait staff was friendly and efficient. Menu choices were plentiful and the food very good. Delivered quickly and hot. While we are not members, the members around us interacted with us as if they already knew us. No sales pitches, just light conversation. We look forward to going back again.

We recently had my daughters wedding reception at Black Oak Golf Club and it was an epic celebration! Caitlin and the team at Black Oak made planning this 130 person event fun and easy. Their attention to detail is impressive. The food, from appetizers thru entrees and desserts, was scrumptious! The wait staff was professional and fun! Thanks to Black Oak the evening was beautiful and unforgettable. What a spectacular venue to host a reception!

Black Oak is a great place. The staff are friendly and great at their jobs, the members are friendly and are there to play golf and have a good time, the course is excellent and growing in nicely. The club house and the food are also well done. My swing...a work in progress.

For the 2nd year in a row, my company hosted our event at Black Oak Golf Club in Long Valley and we had such a fantastic experience. I'll start by saying that the ambiance in the dining room was warm & inviting. The Event planner Caitlin made sure everything was perfect from the moment we walked through the door & continuously checked on us throughout the evening. The servers were very pleasant and attentive and made sure to take extra special care of an employee who is extremely Gluten sensitive. The employee later mentioned that she enjoyed her meal so much and never had such amazing service…

I remember playing it back in 2013 or 2014, club house was still in the building phase. It was again a nice treat to play the course 10 years later. Greens grew in beautifully more receptive with a touch more speed guessing probably 11 on the stimp meter. Everything looked super lush! Only gripe I had was on the 11th hole we had 3 groups pass us (it was wide open ) that clogged the rest of our round and added easily an hour to the round 🤬🤬 2 old guys playing from blues when they should be playing whites and played like trash, shanks every other shot. Wonderful club! My daughter in law’s bridal brunch was fabulous. Service , food & venue were top class. Caitlin was terrific to work with at the club. Highly recommend .

We had our kids' graduation party at Black Oak this past weekend and they did an incredible job! Cait was amazing to work with and the party was perfect! We received so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was and the food being delicious! Cait was so easy to work with and she took care of every detail, I am looking forward to hosting more events with Black Oak in the future!

Had a beautiful engagement party at Black Oak for my daughter and her fiancé this past weekend. Every detail exceeded our expectations. Cait helped us with all the details and everything went very smoothly and our guests had a wonderful time. I’m a beginner golfer and this course beat me up pretty good. Amazing grounds no complaints at all, facility was beautiful but was difficult for me as a beginner. Narrow courses at times.

A really great golf course and clubhouse and the food was really good!
