Did not meet expectations. Comments are from a paying parent for a wedding this summer. If guests aren't happy, the host isn't happy. Brochure mentions treasured memories and an "unforgettable experience that exceeds your expectations in every way" Not quite. It was a very hot summer day and some elderly guests were instructed to stay outside even 8 minutes before the event and not allowed to come into the airconditioned corridor to wait. We had the best experience with Black Rock for our wedding. This is a gorgeous venue and the food is amazing. They were super easy to work with and the coordinator Tricia is amazing. Our guests are still talking about how much they loved our wedding! We had a personal food tasting which was perfect to pick the best meals. We found there packages affordable and a great value for the amount you were getting.

Fantastic golf course, beautiful views, friendly staff and one of the best places I've ever played golf since 1992!

Black Rock Country Club is amazing. My now husband and I couldn’t imagine another location for our special day! The whole staff was very friendly and accommodating. Erin R., the event coordinator, was always very helpful and guided us with any questions we had. Nikki - the head attendant, Grace - the wedding day coordinator, and Erin F. - the wedding assistant helped us run all the logistics on the event day. Was there as a guest...whoever the woman is that is obviously in charge of the restaurant (name starts with a D, I believe though I can't be sure) is completely oblivious that she is creating an abhorrent work environment for her staff. There is a palpable air of discontent that honestly made mu wife and I want to finish our meal quickly and leave. I also think I saw that same woman playing golf while her team was hard at work. If you are looking for a wedding venue, this is it! Everyone and everything from the wedding coordinators to the food to the beautiful views are amazing. We heard so many compliments from our guests. The wedding coordinators handled every little detail from beginning to end perfectly and seamlessly.

Very nice course. Well kept, very challenging. Bring your A game.

Awful experience. We were guests at a wedding and at 9:30pm they randomly closed the entire open bar for the guests. They claimed the whole wedding was unsafe and too drunk. The managers would not explain even when the bride and groom demanded to see the contract. It was atrocious service and they ruined a wedding for 130 people. Have never seen anything like it.

Went to a wedding at this gorgeous venue. Great food, atmosphere etc.

My son had his wedding there July 7th. Very nice venue!
