In summary

Bluff Creek Golf Course is generally appreciated for its well-maintained fairways and greens, as well as its challenging layout that appeals to players of various skill levels. Many visitors commend the friendly and knowledgeable staff, along with the enjoyable setting. However, some criticisms include the condition of the tee boxes, inconsistent green speeds, and concerns about the value for money, with a few noting issues related to course management and ranger interactions.

Great golf course in pristine condition. Weather was spectacular. Great course for all to play , very challenging sections, that for sure. Thank Bluff Creek , I'll definitely be back . Great customer service too.

Golf ranger took his job a little too serious. He kept coming up to us telling us that we were holding everyone up even though we were waiting for the group in front of us. He then proceeded to come and talk to us as though we didn’t understand how to play golf. There was no one waiting behind us but proceeded to tell us that we were holding everyone on the course up. We had two groups there back to back and would only come to the girls group and kept lecturing us. I would not recommend this golf course.

The price point for this golf course is way out of line. At nearly $100 per person it positions itself in a pricing tier with area track's like Chaska Town Course, Deer Run, Island View, etc but falls miserably short of all of them in every category, save price. Fairways, greens, and especially tee boxes are in consistently poor condition and the property as a whole feels rather aged and tired. In its current condition, Bluff creek should be in the $40-$60 tier and most certainly not the $80-$100 tier. Or it should consider a complete overhaul to justify its inflated greens fees. This course…

Practice facility only so far. But so far, so good. Update, July 2025. Played the front 9 today and the course is in terrific shape. Greens are very green and smooth, fairways and tees are wonderful. They are doing some irrigation upgrades it looks like so a few spots are dug up. This course is tough and with the small "native" areas now holding water from too much rain it becomes even more difficult.

This is a very nice golf course. I enjoyed playing this golf course at the time of the day that it was it was after lunch and it was open. We got right on there was nobody in front of us and nobody pushing us. The staff was very knowledgeable about the course and Fun to play! The tee boxes were nice you were able to get a good drive off, the fairways very well maintained and easy enough to get your 2nd shot off and get it on the green. The greens were slow so you could put some effort into your put in pretty much get it in the hole if not right next to it! It is a very fun golf course for peop…

Bluff Creek is a beautiful course. The rate is on par with other courses and it is well kept. The course feels a little bit long at times. Fairways are wide open and there are not too many water hazards which I like. Trees are well-kept and easy to find balls underneath (this happened on more than one occasion).

The course is inexpensive but relatively mediocre quality. I've played it several times. But today's experience was beyond the pale. Because one person we were paired up with was a poor golfer, we were 12 minutes behind the 2 hour pace at the turn. The ranger told us we were 45 minutes behind and were holding everyone up. Apparently he confused us with another slow foursome three ahead of us. He shadowed us for 3 holes, then offered to give us rain checks, and threatened to throw us off the course when we refused. 12 minutes?? Three of the guys left the course in disgust. This was one of the…

Good course. Great staff. Weird they aren’t part of PCC, wish they were. Not a long course but have to be accurate. Don’t need a driver every hole. Himalaya green is cool but not in great shape. I’m sure it will get better. Very limited practice area for chipping and putting. Range is pretty good though. Wish league bucks could be used more broadly. Love the place tho. And first time in a league, great place for it.

Tee boxes were in terrible shape! Women’s looked like the “natural meadow” around other parts of the course. Fairways and greens were decent.

The ground was hard from 45 days of no rain, but the course was otherwise in great shape. Enjoyed shooting in the 80s again.
