Absolutely a breath of fresh air beautiful place to behold! It's a slice of Heaven on Earth no kidding! Cabins are so beautiful, clean, modern, new, and any other great adjective to add! Scenery is just really a beauty hard to give it justice!! We stayed in a 3 story, 6 bedroom, 4 bath with a pool table in basement rooms. Kitchen is phenomenal! I attached several pictures for you to see!

Be careful when you hear the word all inclusive. You might not see a cart girl at all. Golfed 4 rounds this week and saw cart girls twice in 4 days. Great course but don’t pay the extra money for any type of “all inclusive“ add ons as they will make sure that you’re limited to a drink per round IF that

It is clean. Very old. Peeling wall paper. Kitchen is falling apart. The place was empty but booked over new years 2026. People had time shares but were not here is my guess. Beautiful pools amd amenities. Room layout was cool in the 90's but terrible. Our teens can hear everything we say or do in the lofted room. It is hot in the loft. We have A/C at max all the time kust to keep it at 75 in January! This place needs a makeover!

The resort had spiders and bugs. The climate control was chaotic. The internet was intermittent at best. The "front desk" has multiple locations all saying the other one is there problem. Pool chemical smell seeps into the rooms. This place looks like it was awesome in the 90s

Breezy Point Resort is a vintage Resort that is amazing years ago and could be amazing again if updates and Resort offerings were improved. The moral being more positive would be sugar on the top

We had a room in the point place building. We thought we were going to a nice resort room. It was terrible. First of all the buildings are extremely outdated. The hallway smelled old and musty. Then the room was beyond terrible. The smell was so bad we couldn't be in there. Everything is old and the carpet stained. The wallpaper is peeling. There was a crusty looking hot tub in a locked glass room in the corner. Then we went outside to look at the lake. The whole grassy area was filled with goose crap. Absolutely disgusting. We called and asked for a different room and they said they were all…

My in-laws stay here seasonally and I feel the pool area just gets hotter and hotter. The water slide was a great addition but if your the parent watching your kids on the side be prepared to sweat like your in a sauna. It is just so miserable and gross.

EDIT: Updated 2 star to 5 star due to owner response below. Fawcett house is very cool, but nearly all of the beds are terrible - like the mattress sagging and both sleepers sliding to the middle and feeling springs in your back terrible. For being the mansion of the resort, you'd expect better comfort.

A nice clean and comfortable resort with numerous dining options. Rooms were pretty clean with comfortable beds. The location is perfect right on the lake.

No elevator, carry everything for 2 flights of stairs. Rooms open to pool area causing much humidity and chlorine odor. Rooms old but quaint. No shampoo, cream rice, shower gel. Be prepared to strip bedding, take your trash out, do dishes. Not a Hilton timeshare for sure

We stayed for 2 days for a family wedding in the area. The good: The view from our patio was great. Nice size deck. Bed was comfortable. The room was very clean. The bad: The water (shower, sink, toilet) smelled like sewer, it made the whole room smell. Nasty showering in that water. Other family members on a different floor also said their water smelled like sewer so it was not just our room. We reported it to the front desk. They said “II will make a note of that”. No explanation. I would not stay again for this reason. It was off season and the room price was high for what you get with a ba…

We stayed in a Suite for our anniversary, but it was connected to the pool area. Therefore, it was always loud and you rarely had quiet time. Not necessarily a bad room, but they should REALLY warn you or ask if you want to be connected to the pool area. There were a few other minor annoyances, like a phone by the bedside that has a light up display, which doesn't turn off. We threw a towel over top it at night, so not a big deal, but also seems like a poor decision for phone placement. All in all, a fine hotel for a family get away, but not an ideal place for a couple to get away.
