Crosswoods is a good movie theater with clean facilities, comfy reclining seating, and really cool theaters. BE AWARE the concessions are extremely pricey. We enjoy the restaurant a lot but if it’s not open I don’t think the concessions are worth the price.

This movie theater is always consistent: cleanliness, food, and service. Using the app to purchase tickets is easy, or you can purchase tickets at the door. They have recently got new seats (reclining). The prices for concession items are average. They do have combo meals that you save a dollar or two. They do have a full bar and hot food. The parking lot is large and has dedicated handicapped spots. The theater is hidden, so use your GPS. Update with Screen X. First movie in this theater. It was very interesting. I thought it might be distracting or to much to take in. The side viewing only c…

Along with a lot of other people, we don't tend to go to movie theaters very often anymore, but we decided to go see "Project Hail Mary" ( absolutely excellent movie if you haven't seen it by the way) My first impression is actually the same one that I can always remember having. There's a sign that if you paid your tickets online that you could go directly to the ticket-taker. However, there was no ticket taker. The group in front of me was taking a little bit of time, but another employee came up and opened up the second register and let us get our tickets. That way. The ticket taker didn't…

Well maintained facility but technically film presentation is terrible. Screening I attended in one of midsize end houses was too loud and sound was too heavily weighted to side channels; music score completely drowned out dialogue in front channel. Had to move from back row because rear channel speakers were just above our heads and blasting right in our ears. Should’ve gone to Cinemark Polaris where they have their act together.

This is my absolute favorite theater in Columbus Ohio! I've been going to this location since I was about 6 years old. It's changed quite a bit but only for the better. The customer service is always funny and very friendly. The seats are always clean but I occasionally you will find the tub of popcorn spilled out in the aisleway or something but that's pretty normal. If you're interested in trying out this location for Marcus theaters I would recommend coming on a Tuesday when it's $6! That's literally the only time I go now.

Very enjoyable experience. Reclining seats. Great for couples, middle partition for a pair of seats can be moved to allow them to sit together and easily share popcorn. Sound quality and visual experience great.

This is honestly one of the best movie theaters I’ve been to in a long time. Very clean and the staff are helpful. Although there’s a lot of teenagers working there, it still looks very much taken care of. The bathrooms are maintained as well. There wasn’t even poop residue in any of the toilets. As I was walking around, they seem to have a bunch of events being held here. If you are feeling a little squeamish about going to the movie theaters because of the world we live in now? Totally understandable but hey, they have security AKA the police securing the place.

Comfortable and affordable movie theater, with great food and excellent customer service. Best theater in town, they have lots of discount days and special screenings like Monday mystery movies, (you don't get to know what the movie is) saw some great movies I would not have picked this way and others I wanted to see earlier than their release.

Cinemark has better seats and we ordered 2 HOT DOGS .....but the girl wasn't paying attention and charged for one......when we questioned her about it she just said "sorry" and the manager standing there asked if I wanted to buy another one.......we didn't want to have to get back in line. Not to mention we already spent $42 for popcorn, 2 drinks, a water and 1 hot dog. Highway robbery. A good manager would have made it right......we won't be back.

Best movie experience I ever had! Those reclining chairs are amazing! So comfortable to sit back and enjoy the movie. The movie theatre is clean and well taken care of, the quality of sound is perfect and it’s so comfortable! Lots of parking outside, staff members very friendly, washrooms are clean and movie choices very good.

My wife and I stopped by Crosswoods Cinema to try a new theater in Columbus. We were here on launch night for Iron Lung. Watching this movie at Crosswoods ending up severely tarnishing my moviegoing experience. The movie screen was incredibly blown out. Everything was extremely whitewashed and difficult to view. The sound was muddied and unintelligible. We saw this movie the next day at AMC and were completely blown away by how bad the experience at Marcus was. Additionally, the food experience was horrendous. The popcorn was stale and essentially inedible. We also had mozzarella sticks, and…

This particular theater is part of the national chain of Marcus theaters. It features "Dreamlounger" seats (fully reclining, padded seating with a foot rest), a full-service bar with drink specials, and pre-selected seating. [edit] This review has been updated to reflect recent changes. The concessions are average faire for average prices (as theaters go), though there is a pizza restaurant (Zaffaro's) adjacent to the concessions and bar areas. The good: wide screens, premium sound, decent food, and online ticketing (fees vary). The bad: premiere-adjusted pricing, and the occasional, non-fu…
