In summary

Briar Creek Golf Club is frequently praised for its beautiful scenery, well-maintained course, and friendly staff, offering a pleasant experience for golfers of all levels. The course layout is appreciated for its mix of challenging and open holes, providing a fair chance for an enjoyable game. However, some visitors have noted issues with the pace of play and inconsistencies in tee box and scorecard alignment, which could be improved for a smoother experience.

Antioch Hills Golf Club is such a hidden gem in Northern Michigan! The course is well-maintained, fun, and perfect for players of all levels, but what really makes it stand out is the owner. You can tell he genuinely cares about the course and the people who play there. Friendly, welcoming, and always going the extra mile to make sure everyone has a great experience. Highly recommend!

Course is in average shape. More put off by being told a 5 some had to break up even though the parking lot was empty on a Wednesday morning. If I was course management I’d just be happy anyone showed up at all. Don’t come if you’re looking to have fun.

This is a beautiful golf course. The scenery is simply amazing. Nice and peaceful with some challenging holes. Great layout and friendly staff. If you are in this area go golf here you won't be sorry.

What a gorgeous place to play golf. We played here on our way home with a group of 7. Staff was awesome and course was beutiful. Pictures only do so much you have to see it your self to truly appreciate the beauty. Tee boxes were emaculant, fairways perfect and the greens although tricked us a few times played great. I highly recommend. I had many favorites here, but if I had to pick a hole, it would be hole 12. We came up to the tee box and just stared in awww at how gorgeous it was.

We love this course! Fast and easy to get started on the greens and of course, it's a prime example of the beauty we have to offer in NW Michigan. Ponds, wildlife, rolling hills, lovely trails to follow and cute bridges to drive over in the cart. Will be there often this year.

I’ve played here several times and love the course. It has a few challenge holes and some nice open holes to give an average golfer a fair chance of shooting a good score. Greens have always been honest and true and putt well. Price is in line with other local courses. I think it is a very good value.

Nice course but pace of play was awful. Management needs to get better with tee times and letting people off. Shouldn’t take 2.5 hours for 9. After the first 9 three groups were waiting to tee off the back 9.

What a beautiful course! The price for 18 holes is reasonable. I've played some of the other courses this summer and keep coming back to Briar. Jeff is an awesome instructor. One of the few who actually knows what he's doing. If your looking for fun with some buds and don't want the hassle of the other places around, come on out. You won't be disappointed.

Amazingly Great Deal. Walked 18 holes with my son (junior rate) and father (senior rate) for $50 total. For that price I would have been ok with a beat up muni. This course was in fantastic shape. Pretty course, with a lot of unique and interesting holes. We played on a day with thunderstorms and the course closed a few holes into our round. After waiting out the storm the owner allowed us to continue through the remainder of our round. I will totally revisit Antioch Hills anytime I return to Northern Michigan.
