I was there this morning with no tee time and no experience on this course. They let me right on the course and I had a great round. The course set up is a little hard to follow but all the holes are well marked. The greens were.in good shape and very fast. Every golfer I talked to was nice and the people at the pro shop were great. I've seen some negative reviews about this course but I certainly didn't experience anything that would make me not want to return.

With players still on the course at 7:30 PM, I was not allowed to purchase a small bucket of balls to hit on the driving range with more than 30 minutes of daylight left in the day. Needless to say that I was very disappointed after driving 6.5 hours to get there.

Guy at the front desk is a clown. I’ve had problems with him multiple times over the years. Very Condescending and will try to make you feel dumb. Was Charged an extra 30 dollars due to a simple communication error that I tried to discuss and he got smart with me. (My father bought my cart and he thought our 4th who is 13 years old and not permitted to drive the carts should have the cart.) Also, if you’re a beginner DO NOT PLAY HERE. Course layout is horrendous. Multiple holes hit into each other. 3 consecutive holes on the back 9 are next to the interstate and if you mishit you will cause…

Tee boxes are truly horrendous, especially on the back. Greens were below average but not horrible, little inconsistent in how they rolled. The fairways and rough are in pretty good shape. Course is pretty easy, fun to play, pretty straightforward. The tee boxes were truly frustrating for how bad they were. The highway noise is pretty apparent on about 1/3 of the holes, course plays on both sides of the highway. I feel like the price is a little steep for the condition of the course. I enjoyed the layout of the holes, several of them were fun. The cups on the greens need to be rotated more fre…

I’ve been to 5 different courses so far this year around Chattanooga/North Georgia and Brown Acres was hands down the best/most welcoming staff out of all the ones i’ve been to. The gentleman working the pro shop was really nice (which is rare these days) and more surprisingly even the starter was super kind (even more rare). No problems with pace of play, rangers didn’t bother me at all or anyone else that I saw. Felt welcome as soon as I got there for my tee time. Definitely going to be a return customer. Course is nice and the greens were great!

Went there Tuesday, September 16th. Had riding 18 holes at 11:20 and got charged an extra $15 for a "rider fee" supposedly because I had someone riding in my cart not playing which is just simply not true. When I tried to sort it out politely the senile old man with a mustache got very aggressive and upset that I was even asking the question and immediately said "can you even count?" Absolutely ridiculous I get charged extra and no help to get it fixed and just gets angry and defensive. That man should not be working there. my friend who was riding in the same cart as me bought balls that $20…

I’m a new golfer but this is one of my favorite courses in Chattanooga they are very beginner friendly and patient the only thing is no drivers on the range but that’s ok they still deserve five stars

Good conditions, generally a quick nine on weekday evening.

This course is in bad shape and the staff is rude. The old guy who runs the shop has one foot out the door doesn’t care anymore just biding his time until retirement.

Course has very poor drainage so I would not recommend playing when it’s cart path only. Fairways could not even get mowed. It’s a good course and greens are nice but dry weather only play would be best.

Very dry which makes greens extremely fast and difficult to get a tee in the ground on the tee boxes. Good layout and pace of play. Pretty much what would be expected from a city run golf course.

Not a nice course at all. Hasn’t rained in several days, but with the terrible drainage, you’d think a hurricane came through this morning. Layout of the course is atrocious with several greens being fully hidden where we tee’d off going in the wrong direction entirely. Will not be back
