Bunker Hill Golf Course

Such a beautiful course! Cannot believe the condition for late October! I've never played at a course that both built confidence and made me want to quit golf forever! Very challenging greens which penalize for going long on your approach shots. There are a couple par 4s with drivable greens but any mistake could have you thirty yards off trying to pitch back on. Can't wait to play again!

A little gem in the middle of the city stocked with wild turkeys, fox, and deer. Always well groomed and maintained. More experienced talented players will find this course easier to score on due to its relative short distances. There are a couple 500 yard par 5's on the front, but none on the back. (Par 69). The 6th hole is a 230 yard par 4, and the 12th hole is a 212 yard par four. Hackers will find it better to scramble from that 75 yard tee shot to land the green on their second shot on a lot of holes. The course has been taken over by clover. I would hope that the clover would have been taken care of by now.

Great course run by Friendly Experienced Staff! Course was in great shape and very well maintained! Only negative a couple of the par 3's are blocked by over hanging branches from the tips! Overall l play 25 or more courses a year this is as good as any of them. It is called Bunker Hill not Bunker Flat for a reason. Rates are very reasonable also.

Tried calling to book a lesson with their “pro” Mike. He’s anything but professional… took 3 calls before finally getting “squeezed” in at 10 the next morning. For him to wait for me to show up to tell me it’s supposed to rain in 20 minutes so he cancelled. Promised to call me back that afternoon and never did. Had to take my number down multiple times too. Refuses to take my money lol. I recommend going anywhere else!

Great course, excellent fairways and greens. Very reasonable rates. Challenging but not overly difficult. Loved the beauty

The course is nice and I would play it again. Be prepared for some tight tee boxes and hilly lies. The fairways and greens were cut well and the rough wasn't terribly thick.

This course contains hills you don’t expect. Fun and interesting problems on most of the front nine. I thought the clubhouse was a little old fashioned and some of the older crowd was unpleasantly impatient.

Very hilly golf course. Not many flat lies. Nice price. Greens were nice. The Rough was thick today. Cheap 🍺 beer.

Back 9 plays alot easier than front 9. Again like most dubuque courses not well maintain. Service if good though love employees. Reasonably pricevas well. Always had good outings here.

Played this course a lot as a kid. Fairways and greens were in very good condition. Blue tee box on 13 had a tree overhanging making an almost impossible shot on the short par 3. Otherwise, the course played well.
