In summary

Timberline Golf Course is frequently praised for its beautiful, challenging layout and well-maintained grounds, set in a scenic, quiet country location. The staff is often described as friendly and helpful, contributing to a positive experience. However, some visitors have noted issues such as inconsistent course conditions, particularly after rain, and certain policies like the rider fee and lack of a beverage cart, which have drawn criticism.

Nice course. Beautiful scenery and challenges. Tee boxes need some broadleaf herbicide. We were there a few days after they received excessive rainfall. It was obvious they had done a lot of work getting the low lying areas playable. Technical course—certainly not wide open. Fairways are nice width but you still have to know where you drive the ball.

Members act like they own the golf course. Members are snobs and have an "attitude" problem. They won't let you retrieve golf balls from the water. They want them so they can sell them in the pro shop for $1.50. Must be hard up for money.

Unique 18 hole course in the middle of nowhere. It was enjoyable, but kinda worn. Maybe it was all the rain. We still had a nice time.

I played here for the first time a couple weeks ago, and I have been back a couple of times. The course is beautiful and well-kept, the staff is very friendly, and it's a fun challenge. I am definitely making this course my primary course from now on.

Timberline is a nicely maintained golf course in a beautiful, quiet, country setting. Challenging holes with lots of undulations.

Beautiful course!! Front nine is amazing but there is a reason they call the last 4 holes the Demons Run!! Lots of fun but definitely a challenge. Affordable, very friendly staff, great Bloody Mary's!! Will be back next time we are in the area.

My first time there. I only get out to golf once, maybe twice, per year. I would recommend it it foe amateurs and seasoned golfers. I gave it 4 stars because we just played the first 9 holes. Staff was friendly and it is a beautiful course.

A reasonably good deal price wise. They claim to have the "four hardest finishing holes" but they really aren't harder than the rest of the course, which is fairly easy. It is refreshing for a course to not be setup so that you grab driver on every tee box, tee shots require some thought. Greens are on par for a public course. Some holes the fairway is no different than the rough.

Nice course, great shape. Challenging but not overwhelming. Lots of hills and trees, beautiful. Clubhouse and Bar could use an upgrade. I was very surprised they didn't have a beverage cart out on the course on a busy Sunday afternoon.

The golf course was in reasonably good shape. Sometimes it's tough to see where the fairways ended and the rough began. Greens were in good shape. Employees did not wear a mask at all which I thought was irresponsible being In the middle of a pandemic. It would be wise to do so to protect your customers, especially while dining. Decent course but that was the deal breaker.
