The Meadows Golf Club

In terms of ground conditions this course is top 2 in Dubuque. Well maintained deep into the fall, and the feel of the grass is pristine. Divit repair on the greens appears to be optional though. Maybe the members just need a refresher class before they play. The course itself is a fairly technical. There will be plenty of blind shots no matter how well you play. I'd recommend a minimum handicap of 20 to even play here.

This course is really cool Meticulously maintained. In wonderful shape despite not much rain lately. The holes are reasonably short, but the contours, green sizes, and hazards make the course play harder than you'd imagine.

One of the best golf courses in eastern Iowa. A great challenge from tee to green that is well maintained and some great practices area along with a great clubhouse

It looks like a nice golf course. I've never golfed there. I have this attended a wedding reception there and it was very nice.

My Favorite course in Dubuque. Course is always in great shape, Tee times are always well spread out. Staff is always super friendly and makes sure you are taken care of.

Played an early round here over the weekend. The staff was awesome and the course maintenance top notch. The course was beautiful and had some of the best views I've ever seen. The course takes advantage of the elevation drops and rolling hills of the land it sits on. Accuracy is incredibly important. On multiple holes you find yourself needing to make a decision between laying up and leaving a long putt, or attacking a flag and risking a roll off the back down a steep hill. You know for $65 you would think there would be a marshal out and about to help with pace of play.. teed off at 8:30.. played 13 total holes (skipped 3) and still wasn’t done before 12… if I waited and played every hole, it probably would have been 2:00 when I was done.

Great layout. From the Chicago suburbs, so it was fun to play a course with elevation changes. Not sure of his name, but the gentleman in the golf shop was top notch. Would highly recommend this course.

4/21/22 In great shape. Our first league night of the year and what a beautiful evening it was. The course is in great condition coming out of winter.

Warm day, especially without a breeze, but the course was in good shape. Some fairways were being aerated today, but greens were all in good shape.

100% best value in the Dubuque area. Same price or $2 more than all the other courses and this is way nicer. Greens roll perfect
