I am leaving my initial review below as reference to the issue that was resolved by the owner. I was contacted by the owner via Facebook and he assured me that the issues that I mentioned below were taken care of. I will not mention any details, but I am more than satisfied with the customer service that was provided due to my previous experience. We will be back to video, and may even make this our go to course when making content. It is a fun course and even after our previous experience, we finished out the day and had a great time.
