The golf pro basically saved my life last night and needs recognition! I showed up for a rehearsal dinner at the club and didn’t have a belt to hold my dress pants up😂. I ran to the tennis pro shop and then ran to the golf pro shop but it was closed. I saw a golf cart driving in the dark and it was the pro. I pleased with him to let me buy a belt, lol. He opened the pro shop and let me pay cash because the registers were closed. This man gets customer service. He knew I wasn’t a member but still showed patience and went the extra mile. Not room many people are willing to do the extra work…

25 dollars per person, no salad. No bread. Food on the line was cold. Over 100 people crammed to one corner of the room to grab their food. 4 pans for everyone. Dessert was a huge community tub of ice cream. Want something to drink? Styrofoam cups and tap water or pink lemonaid. Those were the choices. 3 small pitches of each, for over 100 people in a small corner of the room. And just for fun, the only thing I could eat without meat gave me stomach cramps within minutes. So I had to sit through the banquet absolutely miserable. I realize I shouldn't have consumed the cold mashed potatoes, but…

Was here for a meeting. It’s a well kept clubhouse, very spacious with a nice staff. Food was provided buffet style. I really enjoyed the prime rib. I look forward to having another meeting there some day.

Nice course, comfortable club house, restaurant and amenities. The golf is good here, the pro is helpful and present to make sure everything is to your liking. The food is tasty and the service staff is friendly and professional. Old time feel is nice and elegant.

Oakbourne has been a lovely place for 🎉celebrations as family weddings, people enjoy playing golf ⛳ here. Today was a funeral celebration of life.⚜️

Had a meeting there food was good, dessert is not, mic system had a short, clean bathrooms and overall nice facility
