The course offers good value and features like practice areas, though some visitors have noted issues with course navigation, bunker conditions, and outdated facilities. We play this golf course as our tour championship, and it’s a proper championship golf course. There is no drinking water on the course. The greens are large, heavily sloped, and quick. Course is well maintained except for the bunkers. Some bunkers are good, some aren’t. I have an issue with the 8th hole, players shouldn’t need to shape shots around trees on a par three. Course is long and properly sloped. There are proper practice areas including a bunker and short game area. Clubhouse bathrooms are from 1987.

What a great experience again! Nice fall weather in late October. The course was in great condition. They do a great job with the falling leaves. The fairways were perfect when it came to hitting the ball. The trees had such beautiful colors for fall! I can’t say enough great things about this course. Thanks for the great opportunity again! We will be back!

I was a single walker out at 7am right behind a FIVESOME of 80+ year olds Played the entire 18 behind them, without an offer to play through. The time and experience was terrible, but the course was soft and in good shape. Unfortunate I couldn't enjoy myself fully due to a fivesome let to go out that early, with no regard to the train that followed them. Bad course management, won't be back.

We were looking for a course to play before flying back home and Chaska was perfect! Very close to ATW and in good shape. The fall trees were beautiful, nice layout and greens were in great shape. Pro shop staff was super friendly in fitting us in after a short frost delay. Very casual and walkable course.

I want to start out by saying I have been golfing for years all around Wisconsin and have never reviewed a course on Google, until now. I had a round here a few weeks ago and I want to echo the poor reviews of the employees, specifically. Some of them are pretty rude and there seems to be a bit of miscommunication on the rules. I was told over the phone a "ride along" was perfectly acceptable, but upon arriving I was told it was not (though they did seem to make an exception). A smile and common courtesy go a long way to get return customers, and the employees on this particular day all seemed…

A great muni course. Good condition, reasonably challenging, and even some scenic holes. Walked on a Sunday afternoon for $29 - a very good value. I’ll be back.

City style course layout playing true. Small and friendly clubhouse area without much for a pro shop with awesome staff. Newer gas carts that rode comfortably. Fairways and greens cut and cared for pretty well; in a drought season so no surprise of a little troubled areas. Lots of sand traps that were in awesome shape to play from if hit (one hole counted 6 traps); 2 holes the sand traps were getting dug back in/fixed up. The course layout felt a touch tight as holes all ran fairly close together so be careful for pulled shots. Rates were good for this quality of a course. Worth checking out f…

Always recommend Chaska as the course is one of the best in the area and the employees are awesome! Today, I’ll double down on that recommendation after one of the staff members stopped a group of younger kids from cutting my group off as well as others. These kids had no regard for anyone else around them and 100% should have been told to leave in my opinion. Whoever that employee was deserved a raise for taking care of his customers….This is how a course SHOULD be run!

Just left the course and was told my 6 yr old daughter was not allowed to ride with me per their policy. I’m not one to argue against policy but this is the first course I was ever told she couldn’t ride or just be on the course period. To provide a little more context, I have 3 daughters but our youngest is really interested in the game. Usually I bring her clubs to hit when it’s appropriate. If she doesn’t hit she just like being around and soaking it all in. A policy is a policy, and i assume it’s a safety factor in play but I’m exposing her to the game and she is genuinely interested in pl…

Terrible employee. We were doing a best ball scramble and got cussed out by an employee because we had 6 people. I understand we shouldn’t have 6 but we were ahead of pace of play and we were darn near the only people playing at the time. He yelled at us while we were putting on hole 9. We walked in to do what’s wrong and he raised his voice the whole time. We were calm and respectful but he had no problem raising his voice. He’s horrible.
