In summary

Cheshire Hills Golf Club is appreciated for its scenic and challenging 27-hole layout, friendly staff, and fair pricing, making it a popular choice among golfers. The course offers a peaceful countryside setting and well-maintained greens, with a clubhouse that provides a pleasant post-game atmosphere. However, some visitors have noted issues with course maintenance, particularly in sand traps and certain grassy areas, and there have been occasional reports of unfriendly staff interactions.

Cheshire Hills delivers a perfect mix of scenery, challenge, and playability. It’s a solid course with three distinct 9-hole layouts. You can always walk into the pro shop and get out on the course and never have anyone else in front or behind you. Staff is friendly and helpful. and the clubhouse bar is a great spot to grab a beer or a bite afterward. Prices are fair, especially considering the quality of the course. Only thing I could possibly be critical of is the condition of some holes (ex: sand traps, dead spots of grass, etc) but everytime I go they are always out there working in some a…

Always a great place to golf. Nice 27 hole golf course, so if there is league's going there is still a 9 hole course available to play

Would like to see more maintenance and money put into the course. I realize it's still early in the season and good things take time. Love golfing here! Nice they have 27 holes :)

Great staff, great local people everyone was super friendly! Nice maintained course that wasn’t too challenging but had its fair share of tricky shots.

Loved this course, the staff and the food. The grounds crew don't get their fair share of the atta boys and good jobs that they deserve. To say this course isn't challenging is funny to me. Putt putt golf is challenging. Listen folks if you wanna enjoy yourself and get away from the city stress, I promise you'll be satisfied with the peaceful serene atmosphere. You can thank me later. Lol

Don't play here. I play solo and was turned away first time ever going here once the lady working the front found out I was solo. Her excuse was because it'd be slow. Will never be back and will tell everyone I know to not play there and just play at crusty shamrock down the road

Not a bad place to go went a little early before all the spring cleanup, but potentially could be a nice place. For 25 bucks in a car you can’t beat that.

A fun short, but tricky course that has been family owned for years. They do not take tee times but call ahead to make sure there isn't an outing playing that day. Condition tee-to-green is average - greens are usually in great shape though. Nice large bar area with keno and sports on TVs.

i love this course, it is very beautiful and peaceful. my problem is the staff is very rude, except for a few. every time i go there, my group is always treated horribly. i stopped going for a few months, decided to try it again, and the second time being back, we were yelled at once more for pointless reasons. i do not recommend going if you are a sensitive person. however, melissa is very nice and always resolves our problems. she always greets us with a smile and makes us feel more comfortable.
