Chester Golf Club

A fantastic view of the waterfront! Came here for lunch and was so happy to have the most beautiful view. We ordered the calamari appetizer, the haddock, the shrimp and scallops. The fish and seafood were cooked well. The portions were generous and the service lovely. If coming here in the summer I'm sure this would be a very busy spot.

Our first visit here we were hosted by the lovely staff at this golf course. It was a beautiful experience. Thank you so much for allowing us to have our annual company golf tournament at your location. You were very accommodating and friendly. We very much appreciate the hospitality that was given to us. Also, the course is beautiful!

Chester Golf Course is our favorite in Nova Scotia, second only to Cabot Cliffs. Located on the South Shore, it offers stunning views of Mahone Bay and the Atlantic Ocean, and the course is beautifully maintained. It was a fun and challenging round, and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We’ll definitely be returning on our next trip to Nova Scotia.

Tremendous location! Absolutely fabulous views from the cozy clubhouse restaurant. I love the screened in atrium area that allows for the amazing views and light without the hindrance of bugs and wind. The food is generally quite excellent here. One of the servers here was quite good and the other was kind, but extremely slow and would forget what she agreed to do. The peanut butter pie was more an Ice-cream cake like you'd get at Dairy Queen, but the rest of the meal was good. The best item was the spicy shrimp appetizer. Our first time here we went to the clubhouse for our anniversary dinner. The food was good and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The view of course is spectacular! Our next visit was just a casual visit and yet again the staff and the food were great. If you are in the Chester area or just on the course golfing, don’t forget to check out the food here.

Enjoyable to play, golf course is in great shape. We definitely will be back!

The view is the first thing you will notice. It’s breathtaking and 360’. The food is on par for a golf course restaurant experience. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their food. The prices are fair and the portions are good. The food came at a good speed and we didn’t feel rushed to leave. Would totally recommend this restaurant for golfers coming to Chester.

This course makes it extremely hard to focus on your golf game because the views are stunning. Picturesque golf course with ocean views from several holes. The course is in excellent condition. One of the best in Nova Scotia!

The Chester Golf Club is a beautiful, challenging, and well maintained course located on the water. The restaurant has great food and service.

First time playing there and I was extremely impressed with the golf course and will definitely go back.

Went there for supper after the local car show. Great ambiance, friendly young wait staff and good food!
