In summary

Chicago Heights Park District Golf Club is frequently praised for its well-maintained, challenging 9-hole course with a good mix of par 3s, 4s, and 5s, and friendly staff who enhance the welcoming atmosphere. The course is generally in good condition with well-kept greens, and the setting is appreciated for its cleanliness and scenic appeal. However, some visitors have expressed concerns about rising prices, lack of amenities like water and ball washers, and occasional issues with event management and customer service.

A nice 9 hole public course. There is a good variety holes with 2 par 3s, one or two par 5s, and the rest are par 4s. You can normally get a T Time within an hour of going. The course isn't intimidating to high handicap golfs while still offering a challenging experience to mid-cap golfers.

Wow, played the Chicago Heights golf course on Saturday 6/21 - They raised their price again from $25 to $32 for 9-holes with NO justification. There was no starter, no water on the course and ball washers were dry. Price keeps going up and course quality is diminishing. Oh, and the person at the counter could not be more insulting! I'll play elsewhere from here on out. Too bad, used to be a nice place to play.

Fun course to play. Don't understand why there aren't more golfers here, although that's ok because I am almos always able to walk right on to 1st tee

I play here on a regular basis. The course is in very nice shape. There are a lot of trees along the course. There are fewer trees at the east course. The practice greens are great to warm up, or just come practice on. You get a crack at 2 par 3's, 2 par 5's, and 5 par 4's. I'll keep coming to try and improve my game.

This is a well-kept, challenging 9 hole golf course. My husband and I used to golf here (we stopped golfing for a while) all the time, but there are many other regulars in attendance. The staff is friendly and welcome new and old alike. Events and banquets are sometimes held here and the course is normally closed during those times.

Went there for a baby shower recently. There was no tissue in the bathroom, nor was there paper towels. When we first arrived, no one had cleaned before we got there to set up. It's not worth the money at all.

Gave 1 star because couldn't post zero! I was looking to rent this location for an event. After calling several numbers I finally got an appointment for a walk thru and NO one SHOWED UP! I left messages on the many numbers that I had and after 2 weeks... STILL NOTHING! Is the Iron Pearl even in business???

I enjoyed this 9 hole golf course very much. It was my first time playing it. The hole numbers are kind of confusing but otherwise good vibes.

Place has been remodeled. But the new Management is a bit over board. We had the place until 11pm and they sent Police in to MAKE us tear down and clean up at 10:30 wow. We have always been out before 11 but New Management seem to be a bit accessive smh.

Played good golf. Manager and staff were great. Score card didn’t have the course map, but manager explained to me and turned out to be exactly as expected very good. Support it if you may!
