I was here for a private event and the food was amazing, but when I asked the bar tenders if they have moscato wine (specifically) they said yes, then proceeded to pour Pinot Grigio. Which those who know wine, these are not the same. They charged me for “Moscato” but that is not what was poured. I just wish they had more experience behind the bar, because I would’ve ordered something else. I like sweet wines, that’s why I asked before ordering, but Pinot Grigio is more dry and was hard to finish.

Is this the best golf course in America? No. Does this course know who they are? Yes. Is that a bad thing? No. Reasonably priced, interesting design, and pretty fast play, this is my go-to public course in Chicago. Staff is always friendly and the halfway house/bar may have the best chicken salad sandwich in Chicago.

Disappointed by Staff Behavior Despite an Otherwise Great Course I’ve always enjoyed golfing at this course and usually have a great experience, but unfortunately this past weekend changed that. I went out for a round with a friend and, as a twosome, we were paired with an older gentleman and his son. While our pace was a bit slower due to the older gentleman who hasn’t golfed in a year, there was never anyone within a hole of us the entire round—no one pushing from behind or in sight ahead. Despite this, a course employee named Jeff Stark began hounding us around hole 5, claiming we were 15…

This is probably my favorite course around the area. From the staff to other golfers everyone is just plain nice. The course is also quite forgiving if you're having a rough day. Except the greens... The greens are fast boi.

Great value golf course in Chicagoland- greens are solid and course is kept in great condition minus a few bunkers that could use some more sand. But for value such a good deal.

Wonderful round at coyote yesterday. The course is in perfect conditions. No leaves, greens playing exceptionally fast, bunkers have sand and the pace was just under 3 and a half hours. Absolutely perfect day and the entire staff was very accomodating.

Course is in great shape. Always. For the price, I don’t know how they keep it up this well. Played on the 100 degree day so course was pretty empty… I would imagine it gets very crowded because it is such a good course. You will probably play your best round here because of the great conditions and the fact that it just isn’t that tough. Great time.

Nice Golf course. Great food! Management recently rebuilt their sand traps, the course is well drained so even after a heavy rain it plays well.
