Late October round, I moved from the area 40 years ago. Back for a visit with family, and thought what the heck, lets play golf. the course was in great shape, leaves changing, the weather was perfect. Was not disappointed.

Played here Saturday morning and we had a great time. The staff were amazing. We had a great breakfast sandwich, Hit the range and then played a challenging course. The greens were fast and I couldn’t figure them out. Afterwards we had some drinks and talked about our terrible play. Can’t wait to play it again.

Chippendale is the friendliest course in Howard County. PGA pro Jim Humphrey provides great hospitality. This is the toughest course in Kokomo with tight fairways and lots of OB. It is a refreshing challenge and more than the average back and forth fairways and straight holes that are common on most courses. You'll need every shot in you bag here. Par 73.

I had a really frustrating experience at Chip and Dale Golf Course. My father and I had separate tee times, and the course was not busy at all, yet we were refused the ability to ride in separate carts, even though that’s what we paid for. What made it worse was an older blonde staff member who took back range balls I had already received, without any courtesy. Her attitude was completely out of line — condescending and unnecessarily confrontational. The only bright spot was Jim, the short gentleman in the pro shop, who recognized how unfair the situation was and literally pulled money out of…

I live out of town. I've played a few enjoyable rounds here (weekdays only) over the last two or three years, with afternoon tee times. The pace of play was fine and the course was in good shape. The staff was friendly, the carts ran well and the fees were reasonable. I have no complaints/criticisms. I'll say, it's a better than average course, for the price, but nothing special. If invited by friends to play on a weekday, I would play without hesitation.

Played this course several times and always enjoyed it. Most recently I played it with some family members from Minnesota and we all had a great time. We really liked the course layout, it has some very memorial holes. The dogleg lefts on the back are score killers for wicked slicers like me! But it is a very fair course. Greens hold the ball and roll true.

We paid to play 18. While playing, course staff told us a league is coming to play and we had to get off. We went back to play the front 9, then they sent the high school team in front of us. We asked the lady who runs the course to at least give us a rain check for the holes they would not let us play. She starts talking to me like I am her employee.Excuse me, but I am the customer. Al least I was a customer. Stay away. They are not friendly to new comers.

I recently played here with my wife. I love this course, quite a challenge for this oldtimer. I shot a 78. Some very tight holes. The pro shop did not do the best job of getting us off on our scheduled time as a Junior tournament was making the turn from the back to the front and no let us know.

I can't believe they let us golf on a completely soaked course. I imagine I'd liked the course if not for the standing water everywhere.

Played this course for the first time recently. Course was in fairly good shape for being this late in the season and was priced right. But I've played well over 100 different golf courses in my life time and this maybe the friendliest I've ever played.
