In summary

Coakley-Russo Memorial Golf Club is praised for its recent renovations, friendly staff, and well-maintained course, making it a fun and ideal spot for local golfers. The club offers a walking-only, 9-hole layout with a few water and high brush hazards, and is appreciated for its affordability and accessibility without needing tee time bookings on most days. However, some visitors note that the greens can be slow and the course lacks sand bunkers and golf carts, which may not meet the expectations of those seeking a more polished, country club experience.

Very nice renovations to the golf range! The staff is great and you have to love the support of the veterans and armed forces🇺🇲

Ok course but much better relatively speaking compared to last year (when it was destroyed).

Walking only 9 hole members only course. No tee time booking is required unless you are playing on weekend mornings or holiday weekends. Friendly staff. The course is in better condition this year Greens are bit slow. No sand bunkers but rough made up of tall fescue grass. For $800+ yearly membership, you can play unlimited golf and have 6 guest passes. Would not mind playing here rather than hitting range to practice or weekend rounds at better courses.

Few sand traps and no golf carts doesn’t mean anything. This place is so much fun. Well maintained all around and ideal for golf players.

Maybe not country club caliber but a great layout. They don't have the budget to make the course well groomed but it's a lot of fun.
