In summary

Continental Country Club is frequently praised for its well-maintained course, particularly the fast and smooth greens, and the friendly and professional staff. Many visitors appreciate the club's amenities, including the restaurant and its appealing menu, as well as the peaceful and scenic setting. However, some guests have expressed concerns about the crowded shotgun starts and occasional staff rudeness, which can detract from the overall experience.

They are so busy that they do a shotgun start and put two foursomes on every hole twice a day. If the price was 35.00 it might be worth it but not for 55 or higher.

Great staff, John was an awesome help getting me familiar with the course and setting up my cart. Game play was fantastic, thank you Jack, Bobby, and Peter for a fun and memorable game! The Oaks restaurant has nice choices on the menu, and I enjoyed the food. The place was hopping! The wait staff were beautiful, polite, professional, and prompt. Will look forward to coming back here for more rounds and good food. The layout of the club house was easy to manage....restrooms, lounge, player room, pro shop, and offices. Thank you for treating me well!

The shot gun start is great, and they keep you moving along, the greens a very good, but the fairways are not, have to move the ball to find a piece of grass or weed to hit off of, sometimes that might be a couple of yards.

Delicious lunch. Never been before but will return. Restaurant well mainly and nice inside. Like stepping into the 50s overlooking the pool. Very cute! Server Michele was so sweet and nice. Will return.

Played last week on a shotgun at 8:30. Was very impressed and even sought out the superintendent to thank his staff for the conditions of the golf course. Very smooth greens, fairly quick and little break. If you missed a putt, it was your fault. Fairways had nice height and rough was ready to play from. For the $49, might make this a weekly stop with my golf buddies.

My wife and I live in CCC and we love it. We looked at multiple communities with an eye to retirement and did not want the cookie cutter neighborhood of Central Florida. We like nature, old trees, animals, lakes and waterfront. CCC has it all

Golf course was ok. Went to bar to wait to meet wife’s for dinner and they were having trivia. Not only did they shh people they told use they do this every Wednesday and we should be respectful. Not only was I invited to play golf and pay $12 for a drink, I was the shhhed and verbally told to be quit in a public bar. If u want a private event, rent a room or closed to bar, not reprimand paying customers. On the other hand dinner was great. But ever going back, not so sure. Shhhh!

Fastest greens around the villages. Rough is rough but fairways decent. A challenging but fun golf course

Best course in Lake County. Not for your weekend warrior, this course will test every aspect of your game. With beautiful fairways, actual sand in the bunkers, grass around the greens, and not to mention the smoothest, perfect, firm and fast greens, this course has it all. My hats off to the staff and everyone involved in making Continental County Club the only real course worth playing in Lake County. As a scratch golfer I have 100% trust and faith in everything that the staff are doing. Keep up the great work!

Had my birthday lunch here today. My first visit. My friend’s second! Excellent service, good food and the piano music was an extra touch of class. Definitely will be back. A little gem. Don’t change a thing! Did I mention the coconut creme pie was out of this world.
