Belle Glade Country Club

From the very beginning when my son and I arrived the host greeted us with a huge smile and sat us promptly. We sat in the patio and the server Jaimie greet us promptly. Drinks were great, food was delicious and service great as well. Overall great experience !

I want to take a moment to recognize Mae and her incredible team at Belle Glade Country Club for their outstanding service. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. Mae goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels welcomed and taken care of. Her leadership clearly reflects in her team everyone was attentive, organized, and genuinely kind. The service was seamless, the atmosphere was inviting, and the overall experience exceeded expectations.

I had the Puttanesca, it was delicious; if you like olives I recommend it. The shrimps and scallops were cooked perfectly. The restaurant has a beautiful sunset that can be viewed from the patio or bar area. The staff is friendly and have timely service.

We had a lovely Valentine’s Day dining experience. We were pleased with the service from start to finish. Such a kind and welcoming management staff whose leadership flowed over to our server and all who provided service during this pleasant evening. Our dinner selections did not disappoint. The atmosphere was pleasant and the golf course view and evening sunset was a bonus. We left grateful for the wonderful evening.

I hosted a group of 3 couples as a minor celebration. I picked Belle Glade because I’d had several good lunches there and because of a special item on their menu “Beef Wellington”. We first ordered an appetizer of Calamari. It was so overcooked that we couldn’t chew it. Waitress called one of the managers, Reginald. He took the remaining calamari back to the kitchen. Later he told me that they had stopped serving calamari. He also took the calamari off the bill. Next, 5 of the 6 guests ordered the Beef Wellington based on my enthusiastic recommendation. We were greeted by a lovely hostess that was so polite and friendly. She say us outside so we could see the golfers. Jeff was our waiter and he was excellent. I was definitely disappointed in the food. My husband and I both ordered the fish and chips. The french fries were so overcooked that there was no inside to the french fry. The battered Cod was so greasy I had to pick the fish out of the inside to eat it. I don’t know if it was the fluke that night or if it’s always that greasy, but I would not recommend it.

I literally just rated this “restaurant” for lunch and gave them 5*… BUT we went to the Kenny Rodger’s/Dolly Parton dinner show ($35 for the meal & $30 for the show, per person). WHAT A RIP OFF! First of all, who schedules a dinner show in FLORIDA OUTSIDE in JULY? And with crappy/barely working ceiling fans! OMG!! Salads had obviously been sitting on the table for at least 30 mins+ — lettuce was wilted (from the heat), rolls were just as bad and the butter was melted. Service was sooooo slow! Not sure if they were understaffed or we just had a slow waitress. She was nice - just very slow. Sala…

Food was cooked to perfection 👌 Best to sit “with the view”. (Golf course). Staff was very nice and filled our waters, without asking. Got the filet and wasn’t like the thick ones I gotten before.. Thomas M. Was excellent on making it right!! The staff is fantastic!! This is why we keep on coming back!! A very happy and satisfied costumer!! 🥰
