An excellent club and course. We appreciated all the staff we met, from the pro shop to the marshal. The course was stunning - difficult enough that beginners have to work hard but really anyone can enjoy the experience. Green, lush, and beautiful on a nice spring day. Not inexpensive but no crazy fees either. Absolutely get what you pay for. Would come back next time we’re in Victoria!

I had the recent experience to golf at Cordova Bay and all I can say is it was most excellent! Topping off the great conditions was the beatiful sunrise coming up that day and spreading sunshine and steam over the dew on the grass. The course was well watered and so very green and manicured as required. The greens were consistent with cutting and speed. I loved the experience and I hope to come back some day.

We played two days in a row. The first day was a bit difficult because it rained a lot, but the next day, it rained a little bit, so we were able to enjoy the scenery and play. It was a perfect day because the friendly staff welcomed us on a really beautiful golf course. The drainage was not bad, but the greens were very fast. I could tell that the course was well managed, and the beautiful flowers and landscaping were especially impressive. After the game, we had a quick meal at the clubhouse, which was delicious. I strongly recommend visiting the Cordova Bay course in Victoria.

Everyone from the clubhouse staff to the gentleman who guided us at the first hole was incredibly kind and welcoming — it made our experience at Cordova so pleasant! The weather was perfect, the course was beautiful, and the grass was very well maintained. I had such an enjoyable round. I’ll definitely be back!

I had a very disappointing experience with Jim Goddard at Cordova Bay Golf Course. His attitude came across as rude, condescending, and unnecessarily arrogant throughout the interaction. There’s a respectful way to speak to customers, and unfortunately this was not it. As a paying customer, I expected professionalism and basic courtesy, but instead felt dismissed and talked down to. The experience left a very negative impression and made me question the customer service standards at Cordova Bay Golf Course. Management should seriously review how staff, especially those in leadership positions…

A top notch course in immaculate condition. One of my favorite in Victoria! Cordova Bay has a full range including Top Tracer, excellent golf pros to work out the bugs and a warm & friendly clubhouse to enjoy an after round drink, snack or dinner. The folks in the pro shop are kind and helpful!

My favorite course in the Victoria area! Always well maintained, greens are great all times of the year and lots of challenging but fun holes. When you are paying a bit more for green fees, players want to feel like they are getting their moneys worth, and Cordova definitely ensures that. Players should feel rewarded for hitting shots in the fairway with good lies and nice grass to play off of. You don't see too many brown spots or unmaintained areas on the course which is why I can't wait to play my next round here.

A beautiful public 18-hole course (best public course in Victoria) features beautiful views of Haro Strait and on a clear day, Mount Baker can be seen in the distance. There’s an excellent driving range, pro-shop, full-service lounge and Bill Mattick’s Restaurant where I’ve never had a bad meal! The Ridge course is an excellent par-3 course with tranquil fountains and some of the best ocean views in the city. All located at Mattick’s Farm with its great selection of shops (Red Barn is here) and a miniature golf course too (Summer season only).

A late December round that costs $117. $79 for the golf and $38 for a one seat power cart which is a first in my local experience which I usually find in the $25 range. Since power carts are often used by those of us with a handicap, I fail to see how this pricing policy is welcoming or encouraging to a physically challenged group of people who may have limited financial income or resources. Next, what were 2 regular handicap parking stalls have new signage saying these spots are now for a maximum of 2 hours which I assume means they are intended for restaurant customers and certainly not for…

One of my favorite courses anywhere! Great service, excellent layout, fantastic conditions (even when wet), and a super restaurant/bar to enjoy after your round. Can't go wrong here.

I had the pleasure of finally playing at Cordova Bay last week when the weather was really nice. The course was in great condition although it was difficult to find the golf balls with too many fallen leaves throughout the course. I think this is a great course for seniors because the whole course is laid out on a flat ground with no up and downs. No need to rent the power cart! It was a good change from always playing at challenging courses like highlands and olypmpic view. I would definitely come back here to treat my parents and friends.

A very well managed course, in immaculate shape. High value for money. Also a great nine and dine offering.
