Really stunning morning at this lovely golf course. I'm an out of towner, but it seems everyone I've met in Victoria is extremely friendly and the staff on course are no exception. Played as a threesome and got finished in just over an hour. Hone your wedge game on the short par threes, greens were spotless and well maintained despite extreme wet conditions earlier in the week. Would definitely play again :) P.S. It's also very inexpensive!

This place definitely deserves a five stars from me. I am here on a birthday trip visiting my parents from Calgary ( you may insert whatever Calgary joke you have here) . A friend of my parents asked me if I would care to join in him in a round of golf. I am somewhat handicapped so a simple round isn’t as always as simple for me as it may be for others. Nevertheless I decided to accept. Now driving up to the course the first sight isn’t overwhelming because all you see is a couple buildings. But once you crest over the hill into the parking lot it opens to amazing looking fairways and greens.…

Having played Mt Douglas Golf Course twice a week for a number of years now makes me appreciate living on the Saanich Peninsula and having the opportunity at my age to join my friends to play this nine hole executive course with such super management and friendly staff. The course is in great shape with a variety of greens. Although most of the fairways are wide open, the sixth hole is quite a challenge where the pond or creek have devoured some of my golf balls. My friends and I will continue to enjoy this wonderful course as long as we are upright. I am very sorry that I missed the comments…

Flew in from Ottawa yesterday and decided to play an evening round after a long travel day. I didn’t have my golf clothes on because I hadn’t planned on playing right after my flight, but the pro shop employees had no issue with it. Perhaps the friendliest staff I have encountered at a golf course. In terms of the course itself, it obviously is a smaller track, but this just means you get a lot of opportunities to work on iron play (which I need desperately). The greens are small and surprisingly tricky with lots of undulation. Fairways, rough, and green were all consistently cut. The one th…

The young staff are nice and friendly. One particular senior staff member over the years and on a number of occasions now has been a little less friendly. The course and overall experience is commensurate with their green fee.

This lovely 9 hole golf course has many challenging holes. PAR 3 and 4s. I’ve enjoyed the course for years. The staff are so friendly, organized and the rates are inexpensive. Would recommend to nearly new golfers as well as long as you keep up the pace.
