In summary

Cottonwood Creek Golf Course receives praise for its friendly staff, well-maintained greens, and enjoyable atmosphere, with recent improvements noted under new ownership. Visitors appreciate the amenities, including a bar and food trucks, and the course's historical charm. However, some guests express dissatisfaction with the course being only nine holes, slow pace of play due to large groups, and occasional issues with food service.

First time going to this course and I was not impressed at all. My friend and I were not informed beforehand that this is a nine hole course (I really think that should be on their website). We paid for 18 and were disappointed when we found out it was just the same 9 holes twice. The course was confusing the first go around because the fairways are very close together and there are only a few trees that separate almost all the holes. There are also two tee boxes on some of the holes to make it seem like you aren’t playing the same nine over again. Another big problem we had was big groups o…

Had an amazing time. The atmosphere was awesome, the staff was accommodating and inviting and the golf course was perfect, the greens are very well maintained. Also, the drinks at the bar were made just the way we like them...

I was a visitor from UK with my grandson and We could not have been made more welcome by the very friendly staff, especially David. The course is quirky and not exceptionally long, however, it provides a good test to most amateur golfers. The greens are in wonderful condition having recently been tined and dressed. I would recommend CGCC to any visitors and I thank David for his excellent hospitality.

We had dinner here last night (Thursday). Servers and atmosphere were very nice. We waited over an hour for our food. It was not hot when we received it. Server was very apologetic for wait. Salad bar was not attended for a lengthy time. We won't be back. Sorry for the bad rating but--------

Their FB ad showed a delicious plate of prime rib. I ordered it. Took over 20 minutes for the food to arrive. Learned from the waitress, that it was a frozen , single serving. Not properly cooked as good prime rib should be. Potatoes were edible but not good. Their spring vegetable mix was like eating wet straw. All in all....a $31 mistake. I won't be back.

Just got done playing the course for the first time since the change in ownership. It looks and plays awesome, far better than it has in years! The greens are in near perfect condition and the fairways are well manicured. I’m looking forward to playing the course this summer!

Great course but the older gentleman there this morning was extremely angry and rude on helping 4 of us at 20 dollars each for 9 holes. We honestly was tempted to going in and getting our money back before teeing off. We started off by getting there around 6:30 am and didn't get helped until we went out and asked him to help us please at 7:52 am. 1 star only because there isn't 0. We thought it was open to public but he told us different. Up until today it has always been a pleasure to play at this golf course. We will not be back!
