19* out, I used to come here for atm needs; though for somereason today that couldnt happen. Pompous lie to your facetypes.. about an ATM needing money. When the holiday has them closed 48 hours prior. And snow/weather hasn't permitted golf for at least 96 hours prior to that..so who is pulling money? Or are you so prejudice that you wouldn't let a disabled Veteran on a scooter take 2 minutes to use the ATM. IN 19 DEGREE weather.. then Mr. Google proceeds to tell me about the other atm further away.. pompous...presumptive...

I have had nothing but bad experiences here. The first time we golfed, they were so backed up it was unbearable, so we got a rain check for the last 9 holes. We then booked another time to use those rainchecks, and apparently they closed but didn't make anyone aware, so we drove all the way there to a sign that said closed. I then thought to give it one more shot, called to book again, and the guy on the phone was very rude. Weird place.

Paid 63 dollars to play .sparse fairways. Hard surface greens.ball bounces and roles out.they are puttable .tee boxes are very ruff .plus they slant.what the hell is the reason only 1 tee box marker.Dont know if your in front of the marker or not.plus you might be more than 2 clubs behind. I don't think it legal. At the price they charge.they could afford another tee marker. Lots of bare spots in fairways. Not worth 63 dollars. Especially for seniors ..Patd2378

I booked a 7:30am tee time (the only available tee time) for Friday on the Tuesday prior. It was not even briefly mentioned that there would be a massive golf fundraiser outing Friday starting at 9am. Upon arrival Pro shop manager Mr. Mike Price was clearly not handling the management stress well, he was extremely rude and short. Grabbing my money and pointing at the score card rather than saying “heres a score card have a nice round” On the second hole, someone (I’m assuming Mike’s son) suddenly appeared behind us and continued to play closely through 6. He then disappeared never to be seen…

Have been part of a golf fundraiser holding a yearly outing at Cracklewood. Our experience has always been very good. Staff is helpful, food is good and the event costs are very reasonable.

Great course, terrible customer service. Waited 2 years to play here, finally got a tee time. Was greeted by a starter who threatened to not let us play if we did not team up with another pair after book 2 weeks out. The guy behind the counter was no help. Clean up your employees an this would be a great place

They always pack in tee times far too close together here, which is why we only play here once or twice a year. They don't have online booking, so it's not clear what the tee time spacing is, but no way it's more than 8 minutes apart. I'm guessing 7 or 8. The first 3 holes always takes an hour to play. This was yet another 5 hour round, and it's completely the fault of management for packing players in. I don't understand why course owners do this. I know the idea is more revenue, but it's incredibly short sighted. One, our group would always come in after the rounds for a couple of drinks a…

Absolutely horrible experience. There is never a reason a round should take 6 hours. An “outing” of 4 groups playing a scramble at noon on a Saturday? who allows that? And when half the course complains the front took 3 hours…..DO SOMETHING! Talked to a ranger at the turn that said “yeah, it’s an outing, they’re always slow”. THEN DO SOMETHING! Talked to the ranger again on 15 that said “it’s not even the group in front of you, the group two in front of them is two holes behind”. Then playing through obnoxiously loud music, screaming, twerking barefoot hanging off the front of a cart and drivi…

They over book and a ranger rushes you along the course, forcing you to skip a hole while in a scramble/best ball situation. Don't know how we could've played faster. Not going there again.

Early tee time, twosome, foursome in front of us, still done in 3 hours, 15 minutes. Good round, not great scoring wise. Driving range, putting green. Banquet facilities, bar and food.

I have been golfing here for years and have always been served professionally and very respected by all that are employed by Cracklewood. I would recommend this establishment to anyone who wants to play golf, use the driving range or have some good bar food and a beer. Great place.

Played here for the first time today. Was an outstanding and challenging course. The woods on the other was not golf ball friendly lol
