In summary

Bello Woods Golf Club offers a reasonably priced golfing experience with three 9-hole courses that are generally well-maintained, particularly the greens. The course is noted for its friendly staff and suitability for practice rounds or casual play, though some visitors appreciate its improvements over time. However, several reviews highlight issues such as slow pace of play, overbooking, and inconsistent fairway conditions, which can detract from the overall experience.

Bello Woods Golf Course is probably the best 9-hole course I've ever enjoyed so much. It has 3 9-hole courses, Red, Gold, and White, each of 27 holes lay out perfectly at the wetland. Tried Red Course this time, I can only use "nice and smooth" to compliment it. Hole 1 to 5 are all straight ahead fairways, while Hole 4 is HCP 1, 400 yards Par 4, with a pond in front of the tee box, a little twist. Hole 5 is the only Par 5, 460+ yards, while should be easy to get on the green in 2 shots, and birdie this hole. Hole 6, 367 yards Par 4, dogleg right, with a little river at the pivot point of…

Decent course...very easy. Most hole are perfectly straight and wide open. Very tough to not hit the fairway or lose balls. They have 3 9 hole courses, seat on one and finish on another. Price is fair.

This is the worst course imaginable. The fairways are In very bad condition. Some are all weeds. Some are like the Sahara Desert. The absolute worst part is the pace of play. This course over books to the extent that it will take you 30 min to play one hole. It’s all about how many people they can get on the course. I would highly not recommend playing this course. Until they get it together.

Course is in terrible shape. No need to write more down, just look at the pictures. Do not waste your time and money on this course.

This course has done a lot to improve their greens. I know from coaching golf they are very kind toward school golf programs. It's a good course for an after work golf league or practice rounds. It is a walkable course. They have gas power carts available. These are no frills carts,so if you need a GPS, bring your own. Expect each 9 holes to take about 2 hours. The clubhouse is clean and it has a bar and restaurant inside.

Course was alright for cheap fall golf, nothing special. The way the course is designed is not the best though as most holes are lined up to another hole and people were constantly hitting into other groups all day

I had a tee time when they first opened. The older man at the counter was unbelievably rude. There was a group of customers in front of me who were trying to get a tee time he would tell them "no, now i have customers you have to get." I thought that was unbelievably unprofessional. I would then pay for my round where i had another person with me. I assumed the man behind the counter would charge me for both because we were together. The man would not and then begin yelling at the person I was with "$30 dollars" at least 3 times. I'm not sure where he thought it was acceptable. He would contin…

They have done a lot of nice work on this course. Some of the fairways are still a bit hard. Nice greens

Pretty course but there is no etiquette for pace of play. The first hole was backed up when we started, and it took us 2 hours and 45 minutes to play nine holes on the gold course. The three girls in front of us had never played golf and were hitting the balls multiple times each and filming each other. The starter never came around to tell them to pick up their pace.

Good course for the price. I play here at least 5 times or more during the season. Greens are always in solid shape. Some of the fairways and rough areas do get dirt patches. But normally it's not to bad. I will say some of the tee boxes and greens are close. So you do have to keep an eye out for stray balls. You definitely want to keep track of where other players are as you go. Especially on the greens and tee boxes.

Rough was too long no first cut. The fairways were not in good condition.

First time playing the course this morning. I was told by friends its holds water, so like all couses that do I know to wait a few days for dry out. It's a fairly easy track, the greens and tee box were in great condition. The fairways were mowed minus a little water no complaints though and for the price I would definitely play this course again to improve my iron game as it's not a long course.
