In summary

Cross Creek Golf Club is appreciated for its affordability and friendly staff, making it a popular choice for beginners and those looking to work on their short game. The course features a compact par-3 layout with scenic views and a welcoming atmosphere. However, some visitors note that the greens and fairways can be in poor condition, reflecting the budget-friendly nature of the course.

Favorite par 3 inside the perimeter. Quick pace of play, nice calm area/neighborhood, and ~$20 for a full 18 are the main reasons I find myself coming back here every month.

They have been working real hard to improve the course and it’s starting to look great! All the T-boxes resodded and now have mats built in at the back of the box. A lot of the greens are starting to look good too. The course itself is fun and there are plenty of challenging greens to hit. Shortest hole is about 70 yards. Longest 135. Average is 100 yards.

With green fees this low, expectations were minimal, but the course still fell short. The conditions are very poor. In several cases, the pin was placed in the fairway instead of on the green. If the course is in this level of disrepair, it should be closed until necessary improvements are made.

Great vibes. Super chill spot. Friendly staff and affordable. A lesser known little course for a great time and price!

It is what it is. Great little par 3 course. Nothing fancy but for the price it’s perfect. Sharpen up that short game. Greens are so-so on some holes, better on others. I enjoyed the cheap golf. $27 for 18 walking only. Push carts for $2. No golf carts but it is a great little course for the money.

Reviewing from a purely golf perspective (didn’t hit up the bar or anything). Paid $25 for a walking 18 on a Saturday. Didn’t have a tee time, and they just let me walk out and play on my own. Finished in a little under 2hrs as a solo, but you can probably budget 2.5 or so as a group. Some nice folks let me play through. The greens were a mix of bad and okay (pictured). Could be a fun place for beginners on a week day. Some areas are a little tight if you’re hitting left and right (including woods, roads, and other players)

Wonderful little hidden gem in town. The course fees are more than reasonable, 18 holes is only two dollars more than nine holes. You can’t even buy a soda for two dollars anymore. Very compact course, but well laid out. And a little café attached to it is excellent as well. And everyone here is super nice.

I had a fantastic time playing the course at Cross Creek Golf Course on August 13, 2020. The greens were well-maintained, and the challenging par-3 layout kept me engaged throughout. The real excitement came when my opponent and I kept a close score, making for an exhilarating game. Afterward, we headed to the course's bar, where we enjoyed several Jack and Cokes served in styrofoam cups (a quirky touch!). We also had fun playing Keno via the Georgia Lottery. That's when things took a disappointing turn. I submitted a Keno card with numbers I was confident in, betting big and opting for the…

Terrible greens, but no undulation or much break to speak of, so hit 'em right at the holes. Not a bad experience altogether

It’s a $20 course that you can easily play 18 in under two hours. If you keep that as your expectation, it’s perfectly fine. Tee boxes and greens are definitely not up to the standard of a country club, but it is still golf at the end of the day.
