Crystal Woods Golf Club

Beautiful day (76 and sunny) and the course is in great shape. Greens are nice and smooth, tee boxes aren't all chewed up, and the turn's hot dogs were tasty. Not sure what else you need for a nice round.

Was one of my favorite courses, but tonight I just got done with 9, the twosome my dad and I were paired with were playing 18, I booked 9 but asked if I could continue, I was told no, not sure why because the twosome i played with were going on, if I were looking to get a free nine I would have continued with them, but no I did the right thing and was going to pay. I think whoever was in the pro shop was too caught up in his phone call to want to help and move over to the register to book it... I'm now going somewhere else

Had a great time. Friendly staff and reasonable pricing.

Love this course. Was there recently and we were interrupted by a storm. We were called into the clubhouse to wait it out and they stored our cart in the shed to keep everything dry. Great touch.

Great prices for an outstanding course!

Awful time playing here on 5/19/2025. No ranger to enforce pace of play. Had a 5+ hour round just standing around on every hole waiting to hit. Voting this off our roster in our league. 👎

Great spot! Super chill and casual which is great for me as a beginner. They don’t over book tee times right on top of each other like other courses so you don’t usually have people right on your butt waiting for you to clear the way. The greens are great! Glad I live 5 mins away. Will be here every weekend this summer!

We went there during the week day and it wasn't crowded. So, we played quite relaxed and at the fast pace.

Man, what can I say about Crystal woods? It's such a great place to go time after time. The staff is excellent. Jay and John Craig really happy. Good establishment here. Umberto is doing a marvelous job with the greens and fairways tea boxes etc...!

Fun layout. Some of the fastest greens I have played in northern Illinois. Golf shop workers were very nice and the course was in great shape.

Course was great. The club house staff very friendly. Stopped for a quick hot dog and drink. However, we couldn’t get any one to wait on us. We sat at the bar and were ignored. Another golfer came in and the bar tender went straight to him still ignoring us. We were never even greeted. No acknowledgment. We finally got up and left. Disappointed.
