In summary

Redtail Golf Club is frequently praised for its challenging and interesting layout, friendly and accommodating staff, and reasonable greens fees. The course is generally well-maintained, though some visitors have noted issues with the bunkers, cart paths, and temporary clubhouse facilities. While the club is undergoing improvements, such as a new clubhouse and driving range, some guests have experienced inconveniences like limited on-course refreshments and maintenance inconsistencies.

my amputee golf association hosted our annual golf tournament and fundraising scramble at RedTail this year on September 5th-7th and I wanted to share my thoughts on the course. The association I run is a 501c not for profit and last year I started looking for a new home course for our tournament and golf outing. The General Manager and I exchanged several emails and phone conversations and came to the agreement to host this years events. I can tell you I was very happy with how things all came together. Kenny and his staff were more than welcoming to all of the adaptive players and family me…

This was a beautiful layout with quite a bit of potential from a distance. Unfortunately it’s only from a distance because upon further inspection, the fairways are in pretty good shape but they had little pebbles around all the bunkers in the fairways that easily would scratch your equipment. Even more disappointing would be the fact that I played this course 3 days in a row and the first two days we they didn’t change the pin. I understand that during the fall season (literally one week in) it’s hard to keep maintenance workers. But using the fact that you only have two people on the mainten…

Really fun track and is kept in great condition considering the lack of rain we have had. Pace of play was great at about 4hrs for 18 holes. Only drawback is the lack of club house as they have a temporary one setup while the new one will be built.

Course is in excellent shape, the staff is attentive and accommodating, and the bourbon selection is amazing for a post round beverage on the patio.

Used to be great local course. Seems now they have become more like a private course and only entertain league. You can never get a tee time. It's most likely their way to recover all the money they put to build the new club house. Shame!!!

Very nice track. Well maintained from the tees to the greens. They were just top dressing the greens and in front of the greens. We didn't mind at all. Greens rolled true. It's always nice to see a course maintaining and improving. . The staff is always very friendly. I travel 50 minutes to get there and it's well worth it. They do need a new club house but I'm sure they know that.

We recently had our 4th annual golf outing at RedTail. Kenny and all of the staff were very friendly and so wonderful to work with. They were very accommodating. We will definitely come back to Red Tail for our outing next year and it will be even better with the new clubhouse finished. Highly recommend RedTail for your next golf outing.

Pristine greens and fairways. Rough is rough but not overly so. New club house being built. Staff very friendly and helpful. This is going to be THE place to play in the area with new clubhouse and driving range. Greens fees very reasonable. Played 18 in under 4 hours.

The course is in good shape . Staff is very friendly and make you feel comfortable. The only gripe I have is there was no cart person selling refreshments on a hot day . This has occurred for the past 3 weeks . There's a sign at the front not to bring outside drinks but if nobody is selling drinks on the course I will have to bring my own.
