In summary

Deer Meadows Golf Course is appreciated for its friendly staff, reasonable pricing, and suitability for beginners and casual golfers, with its flat, forgiving layout and decent course conditions. However, some visitors note that the greens and fairways could use more maintenance, and the clubhouse amenities, including food service, have room for improvement. Additionally, the booking process and pace of play have been points of concern for some golfers.

I really like this little 9 hole track, it's very inexpensive at 38 dollars with a cart per person during the week. The club house is not great, and the patio looks like it's unsafe, I had a burger and fries and the patty was still raw in the middle, I personally wouldn't recommend the food items. Another thing that is slightly annoying is that you have to call to book a tee time! I wish you could do it online like everywhere else. But overall I really like the track itself! The greens aren't horrible either ! I do recommend golfing here, I have never seen a beer cart girl here so make sure you…

Deer Meadows doesn’t try to be something it’s not. Although some fairways and greens are a little rough, the price is incredibly reasonable. The course is very flat but the longer holes have some interesting layouts. Good for a quick practice round or non-serious game with pals.

Never going here again. Owner was confrontational and rude. Insulting me in front of my son for posting my original review. Avoid this place at all costs, bad conditions, greens fees are the same as Meadow View which is better in every way. I'm sorry if the quality of the course as of July 3 2024 is upsetting to them.

Came with my friend for the afternoon for 9 holes. I would definitely come back, the staff were very polite and helpful, very pleasant to deal with. I will say the course is a little rough but for the price it’s definitely reasonable and acceptable condition. They have seating areas at some of the tees too which was convenient to let the slower golfers sit and wait for more fast pace golfers to pass by. I had no problems and again will definitely come back.

Joined some friends for a late afternoon golf game. The golf course isn't in the best shape, but at the same time it's not too rough to play on. There are a few holes where the fairways are too close together, so expect balls and/or other players coming onto your fairways. The price is right and the staff were very friendly. Overall, a nice local 9 hole.

Good beginner course. Wide fairways and a few hazards to keep you on your toes. Quick check in, and tee off was before our scheduled time.

Huge improvement on course conditions from last year. The rough is reluctant to cough up many golf balls!! Greens were excellent!!

The course has a nice layout and is normally in decent shape. On my last round there was a few tee boxes that are all chewed up and piles of dirt around the greens.

Deer Meadows used to be our go to course but these past few years it has gone down. We found that even though we booked tee times, they had overbooked to the point of a 150 yard hole had 4 putting, parties of 3 and 4 waiting to putt and party waiting to drive off the tee box. Apparently, they book people every 7 minutes no matter how big the group is, when the average is supposed to be every 10 minutes given the circumstances. As well dont go in September as apparently that's when they aerate the greens without letting us know, so we paid in full but couldn't putt as the greens were all roughe…

Don't get me wrong...the 5 stars is not about course conditions or difficulty, it's about the experience. The course conditions were as expected for the first of May, but the hospitality afforded by the course owner(s) far exceeded the $25.00 to play. The perfect place to play for Jr s, beginners, and anyone wishing to enjoy a beautiful walk in the park in a non pretentious atmosphere. (Great food too) I'll be back...5⭐ experience 🙂

Great evening for a round of golf. Although the course is rough. It needs much TLC and water. The staff were great, and with all that, we still will go back for another round!!

Unfortunately we golfed today , last day of the year . The ground was very hard and a million leafs all over . Couldn't find your ball sometimes cause of this . It's only a nine hole course. The layout isn't bad though . Needs a lot more attention to greens keeping . Might try again next summer . If your a beginner or just want to swing the clubs , it's not too bad .
