Lewis Estates Golf Course is generally appreciated for its well-maintained fairways, friendly staff, and convenient location in Edmonton's Westend. The clubhouse receives positive remarks for its food and service, contributing to a pleasant overall experience. However, some visitors express dissatisfaction with the condition of the sand traps and the behavior of certain staff members, noting that the course may not be ideal for beginners due to its pace and level of challenge.

Only hit the driving range and thought the facility is well equipped for the range and chipping sections. The chipping/putting green is directly behind the hitting stations which is handy if you can want to switch in between range and short game. The chipping greens are nice and fast. Hitting bays are standard, wish we have an option to put on our own tee for tee height purposes but all is good still. Staffs are friendly, overall clubhouse is nice! Will have to play here soon for the full course review

Convenient located in Edmonton's Westend, not far from the River Cree Casino and West Edmonton Mall. The course is relatively friendly for the average golfer and a provides a few challenges for the more experienced player. It was in excellent condition however the sand traps were disappointing as the were hard packed. A small bucket of practice balls is included in ones green fees and we also got a 10.00 each coupon towards food . The driving range is next near the first tee box. Staff were very courteous and professional. They have a lovely clubhouse with a diverse menu for getting a bite to…

Played here for the first time today with my wife and had an absolute blast. Not to challenging, and in immaculate condition. For $69 plus tax each it's a great price. It included the 18 holes, power cart, 35 balls each and 2 $10 food and drink vouchers. We had a Junior member join us and he was a delight to hold with, and very helpful answering any questions we asked about the course. Overall a great golf experience with a kinda and friendly staff. We will be playing again 100%

Another year same rude marshal. You work at a golf course your not law enforcement man. Pay $100 plus to be pestered and talked down to, no thanks. Done playing here. The course management obviously doesn't care numerous complaints no change. See yah

Updated: 22-Jun-2020 It is good to see that Lewis Estates is back on track after the past couple of years. The greens have finally started to improve. Some still have some winter damage and some sodded patches but most are in good to wonderful condition. The greens have been some of the quickest we have played on this year. For the most part the fairways are in good condition, there are a couple that are still pretty rough and this seems to be an ongoing issue with these holes over the years. The tee-boxes were in good condition but could use some leveling. The staff was friendly and the Start…

Nice course right in the city, greens in great shape and roll really nice. Bunkers are pretty bad tho, most hard as rock and almost impossible to play out of. Bit pricey compared to other courses.

I had to pleasure of getting severed by Claire, she was very friendly and personable. Claire was an excellent communicator, I would go back just to chit chat w her about her travelling experiences, 6/5.

Wasn’t very happy with our round of golfing here. We were told the course was beginner friendly and easy to navigate. After being rushed through and told to hurry up 5 times within the first 20 minutes of arriving to being kicked off the course and never felt welcome. Wouldn’t recommend

Only sat in the clubhouse and had breakfast. The restaurant was nice and the food was really good. This had to be the first place ever that the server didn't come up and ask me how my food was when my mouth was full. They get 5 stars just for that. The pro who was not huge but had everything you might need.

The course is in decent shape. However, the exceptionally long rough makes me not want to return. Finding brand new Titleist prov1 balls just off the fairway shows me that other players were penalized for a fraction miss hit. Not the course for your weekend golfer.

Nice public course in Edmonton. Practice range is convenient. Not to busy. They have a good menu in the clubhouse. Happy hour 2-5. 20% off appetizers and drinks. Patio has a view of the course. Clean bathrooms. Service was good. Portions very reasonable.
