In summary

Victoria Golf Course is praised for its beautiful setting in Edmonton's river valley, well-maintained grounds, and friendly staff, making it a popular spot for both golf and other activities like cross-country skiing. The course layout is appreciated for being accessible to all skill levels, with some interesting and challenging holes. While the amenities, including the driving range and restaurant, receive positive feedback, some visitors note occasional slow pace of play and minor issues with the restaurant service.

Golf course has more to offer than golf. A restaurant with views from within our great river valley is a rarity. A great place for a nice meal! In the winter the cross country ski trail is convenient during the day or evening.

Had a nice time and a nice round yesterday. Beat out the rain but most of the time it was gorgeous and got sunburnt haha. Got soaked at one point though and all part of the experience. Most staff friendly here. Still managed an 86 with rain and wind and variations of weather. Will be back. Enjoy my pics. 5 stars!

Visiting Victoria Golf Course for cross-country sking. Very nice experience. Today the trails were frozen and icy, so the skiing was not the greatest. However I applaud the management to allow to use the course for that winter activity, since we are the winter city and the golf courses can operate only in Summer. It would be beneficial to mark the trails a bit better, but the first 9 holes are self guiding. I didn't check the back 9 yet. I hope the ridiculous weather of + 12 C in February will not destroy the opportunities we have now.

Pretty good course, too easy when I played smoked the course record out of the water. Recommend a diffrent course for a back to back masters winner. Pretty nice but easy Sadly my score card got blown up in a tragic house explosion ending the life of my amazing score card which I shot 19 on. Also ending my career in the meanwhile so I cannot come back and do it again

Im disturbed with the low star ratings. Edmonton is a severe cold winter Province and still keeps the course in good shape. You want better? Come to Jack Nicklaus designed Bear Mountain course in Victoria BC and pay $275 per golfer and then sit in the Westin for a $75 hamburger. Sending love from the island to my Oilers!

This is a nice river valley golf course. As a city run course it is well kept. The picturesque views make it a beautiful time out on the course. The club house is small with an okay restaurant. I personally have not golfed here but have waked around and through the course and it looks good. I see people enjoying themselves golfing on the course so I think it’s a good place to golf.

Victoria golf course is right downtown in the river valley. Me and my girlfriend played here on a rather miserable day in terms of rain and dark clouds. But it was still absolutely awesome it's very beautiful course and has quite a few interesting holes. It's just had something nice and different and challenging for everyone. It's a great Course and I would recommend going there.

My son expressed an interest in golfing so I have been taking him to the Victoria Golf Driving Range and we are impressed with the facility. It is kept clean and plenty of spots so we are not waiting long. Beautiful location by the river valley. Buckets of ball priced well, staff helpful and friendly. I would recommend this location rain or shine as part of the range is covered also.

The course is fun. The restaurant was not great. No one acknowledged us for twenty minutes. We finally went to the counter to get menus. The pesto chicken sandwich had parchment paper in the sandwich after I pulled it out. This was not a small piece of paper. It was in half my sandwich l. I showed it to the cook and his response "we'll be more careful next time". Won't be a next time for me.
