In summary

Deer Valley Golf & Estates is praised for its beautiful setting, challenging layout, and friendly staff, with many appreciating the amenities like the complimentary driving range and the Operation 36 golf lessons. However, some visitors have expressed concerns about the condition of the bunkers and certain greens, as well as the high cost relative to the course's current state. The clubhouse food and some aspects of customer service have also received mixed feedback.

Best twilight value in the Regina area. $55 with cart after 3pm with free range access. Tee boxes, fairways and greens are a leap above the any of the city run courses. Only thing holding it back of 5 stars is the bunkers... they are in need of repair and new sand. Couldn't have food as the kitchen was closed after the round but the drinks were fantastic. Pro shop staff, Marshal, and the club cleaning girl were all friendly. Definitely worth the drive.

We played 18 here this morning. I hadn’t been here in about 5 years. It was incredibly disappointing. Every bunker on the entire 18 is a mud hole full of weeds. Fairways are brown and dry. Staff not overly helpful - when I asked for a glass of water they made be buy a bottle. They need to be putting in a lot more effort if they want people to drive out. I won’t be back despite being given “rain checks” for our carts. When asked for a refund for the carts instead of a rain check they refused as they are “trying to lure people back” according to the pro shop. I would really like to support this…

I am not a good golfer but came here for an event. The course is extremely beautiful tucked into the valley. The course has some elevation for certain holes which you would only see out east or west. There is a nice range of holes starting as low as a par 3 and up from there. The drink cart came fairly frequently and I had a German hot dog at the pro shop. It was a sausage with sauerkraut and was well worth trying! The course had good washrooms and the facilities of the pro shop were great. Honestly, a great place even if you're not a great golfer.

Started my First Ladies golf lessons here. So far everything is wonderful. Instructor is kind, patient, very knowledgeable, caring and helpful. If you are deciding where to take your golf lessons you won’t regret committing to deer valley. You will be in great hands. The course is gorgeous and very friendly staff.

When we first went to Deer Valley last summer, we felt like we were going to be intimidated because it’s a gorgeous place and has a professional feeling. We got there for our tee time and we were greeted very kindly! We really enjoyed our time! Sam helped my fiancé pick out new shoes and was very helpful and kind. I signed up for Op36 ladies group lessons with Sam for the month of May. I was very nervous again but the vibe of the ladies lessons is so chill and so much fun. Drink themes every week, free range use anytime and really helpful tips to improve has been a great investment! Highly re…

Beautiful golf course. The back 9 needs some work. Many of the greens had large bare spots, and the bunkers were empty of sand. The front 9 is very nice. Great club house.

Just finished nine holes. Wonderful golf course on a very windy day. Great staff. Had a dead car battery when we got back to our car. Johnny from the staff gave us a successful jump. Thanks again Johnny! Dale Verdugo, Baton Rouge, LA

Honestly 1 of the best rounds we have had! Everyone was beyond friendly! I can only remember Johnny on the counter at the pro shop but they have wonderful vibes every one does their job and does an exceptional job at it! Went in for a phenomenal lizzy at the turn came out and the cart boy had our clubs cleaned up in tip top shape! Great kid to talk to aswell almost held the group up behind us but on a slow day like that no one cared everyone was wonderful! Been a few years since I made it out to deer valley but it'll be on my list to get out there again this year! Wonderful course and even bet…

I’m currently participating in the Operation 36 Ladies lessons at Deer Valley Golf, and it’s been a fantastic experience! The program is thoughtfully structured, making it easy and enjoyable to learn regardless of your skill level. Coach Sam is incredibly knowledgeable and does a great job turning what can be a frustrating game into a fun and rewarding experience. I highly recommend Operation 36 at Deer Valley to anyone looking to improve their game or start their golf journey the right way!

Nice golf course. Clubhouse food is nasty. Do you clean your fryers out? Unacceptable! Spent 50$ asked for no cheese. Sauce on the side. There was cheese on my stuff and all the sauce was on…. Sucked it up and took a bite. Was hit was rancid deep fryer grease.

The fairways were in good shape considering the amount of rain they had lately. Although some were very soggy. Some greens needed work as there was still dead patches here and there. The bunkers were terrible with the majority not even having sand. Lot of elevation changes and several blind shots if you're not in the right spot. Decent course. Would compare to many other $75 rounds in other cities. This is not a $100 round course on the best of days.
