Deer Valley Golf Course

I bring my 12 year old son here to use the driving range. The people that work here are so nice to him and welcoming. They seem genuinely happy to see kids that have an interest in the game. The other golfers are also very kind to them. It’s a nice facility and very affordable at a time when so many things are overpriced.

Beautiful course, closing down in June for a summer of heavy maintenance. I'm looking forward to playing there again when it re-opens. The staff was very friendly to a first timer to the course.

Deer Valley Golf Course at Sun City in Arizona is a definite must stop course. It’s not overly long which is a good thing and it’s well maintained. They have a wonderful driving range and a super practice putting green. The staff in the pro shop were extremely pleasant and helpful. I has a great time there ⛳️.

Beautiful course, always in great condition, and plenty of challenge. Sun City West has some great courses, and Deer Valley is one of the best!

Our recent experience at your course was deeply disappointing and unacceptable. When we booked our tee time, we made it clear over the phone that we would be bringing two junior golfers. At no point were we told this would be an issue. Yet upon arrival your staff turned them away with no apology, no respect and a completely unprofessional attitude. Not only were we misled, but your staff was also blatantly rude and dismissive. Beautiful golf course, the fairways are just right! The greens are pretty good as well! I’ve played a couple of rounds here and I’m ready to go back!

Excellent value, course flat but in good shape both fairways and greens. Fairways wide and greens large. Water in play on a few holes. Staff friendly and courteous. Able to walk if you choose. Good practice facilities driving range, putting and Chipping. Will return and recommend.

Nice layout, nice practice facilities, nice snack bar, and, the course was in good condition. The pace was very slow. Waited on every hole - luckily it was a nice day in the low 80's. Also, the lady behind the counter rude, and unnecessarily confrontational with customers. She must of been having a bad day.

Nice on open maintain perfectly greens are perfect Fairways or nice tee boxes are great

I booked a tee time at Deer Valley Golf Course for myself and my two sons (ages 9 and 7), who play with me regularly, are skilled for their age, and always keep up with the pace of play. Unfortunately, the course refused to allow them to play simply because of their age, showing zero flexibility or willingness to support junior golfers. It’s disappointing to see a course turn away young players who are the future of the game instead of encouraging them. We’ll be taking our business to courses that actually welcome and promote youth golf.

Please work on your front desk staffs interactions with younger people checking in for tee times. We were given such an attitude when we were booked a 2:00pm tee time for today as a Christmas present. The older man doing check ins at the front desk (if I can call him that) has no customer service skills and gave the most rude and nastiest service we have ever received. This whole day started out terribly. Most courses around here would cancel the afternoon tee times when there’s a 2 hour frost delay. Think they did here, no they did not. They also didn’t email or call to let any of the afternoon tee times know. We arrive an hour before our scheduled tee time only to come to find out that we are delayed 2 hours. Ok, we’ll be teeing off around 3pm now. Wonderful. We let the guy in the clubhouse know our tee time, for checking in purposes, got a couple buckets of balls and began our wait. 2:15 comes around, they are now a little ahead of the delay schedule, so…
