In terms of golf, this course easily gets one star. I gave 4 stars because everyone was friendly and helpful, the trees all around are spectacular, and the sunshine is plentiful but it’s not a golf course. Along the front nine, you may see 4-5 golf carts zipping around and have no idea what hole any golfer is on. It’s just a large, flat, bone dry field. In 25 years of golfing, it’s about the only time I ever enjoyed the trees and sunshine and scarcely cared about my score.

I golfed here with a friend who lives close to the course. The course is in good shape. The practice green area and bunkers are great. Nice spot to practice chipping and sand shots. The main driving range is a little strange. You hit off of grass, which is nice. However, if you are on hole 12 tee or 17 green, you could definitely get hit with a practice ball from the range. They should probably put up posts and netting to protect people. They do have some chain link fences up, but it doesn't seem like it's enough. The course itself is in good shape now. Greens are nice and roll pretty true.…
