I made an rv reservation at this resort. Told no refunds except in a significant medical emergency. Three days later my husband in ICU with heart issue. No refund but extend for a year. Now my daughter is in final days with cancer, so I cant go. Still no refund. And I cant talk to the decision maker, just a desk person. No further comment necessary. I hope they enjoy my $$.

I don't stay at Cocpah RV Park, but it looks very inviting and the lots are big. I visit and play golf there from time to time. The restaurant has excellent food. The people that work there are great! The swimming pool and hot tub looks very inviting, they have horseshoes and pickleball courts, and they have an office with an activities director. It would be nice if they had CORNHOLE events at the resort. The Golf Clubhouse is okay, plenty of reasonably priced golf balls golf shoes clothing etc. The grounds people are very friendly, overall the entire staff at Cocopah is very friendly, everyb…

I cant rate "rooms" because most of the homes are owner occupied. But from experience as a new homeowner, this is one of the nicest 55+ communities you'll ever find. The staff are friendly and accommodating the restaurant food is excellent. You cant go wrong visiting or purchasing a home here at Cocopah!

Great place. Very large dog park. Spaces are quite large. They are gravel with concrete patio. All hook ups are good. Lots of golfing carts. They travel wrong way down one way streets. Be careful. Restaurant and cantina. Swimming pool is huge and hot tub also. This place was very nice. We stayed in our RV for 1 month. People are friendly. Highly recommend.

Great winter getaway for snowbirds. Affordable monthly rates (around $700 USD), lots of activities including golf, shuffle board, horseshoes, pickleball, billiards, bingo, crafts, woodworking, etc.. Nice full hookup, level sites for rv. Park just needs a more comprehensive communication pamphlet when you check-in.

Great week long stay. Excellent amenities with a pool, tennis courts, dog park, gym, golf course…such a beautiful and well maintained place with pride. everyone there was so welcoming and lovely. I don’t think it’s officially 55+, but it seems to be the crowd. Kind, quiet, neighborly and clean people all call this home. Very affordable too. Close to everything. ~10-15 min drive away. What a pleasant and unexpectedly awesome stay (we ended up here due to a gps error. Sure glad we did).

We love our stays at Cocopah RV park. We are not golfers, but the greens are so nice to have. Great restaurant, cantina, activities, pickleball, pool, and hot tub. Shuffleboard too!! Nice people, great management, and lots of security.

January 2024: Nestled in the produce fields of NW Yuma Arizona, next to the Colorado River and just NE of Los Algodones Mexico, this resort is exactly what we love about the Southwest. Space, fun people and new experiences. The lots are huge 35'+ wide and 55' deep. The golf course is busy with 9H &18H (M&W&Couples) club golf. Fun, caring NEIGHBORS, STAFF and VOLUNTEERS. Lots of opportunities to volunteer. Pickleball, great pool, Cantina, restaurant.... And LOTS of activities from pool aerobics to jewelry making, cards, library, wood shop.....Dances, soup nights,....😊 SENIOR SUMMER CAMP!😉 (Base…

The Casino is away from the town traffic and secluded so it was refreshing and enjoyable. The food was great, kids were having a grand time in the pool. Couples were dancing in the bar forgetting the sweltering heat outside. It had the Vegas attraction which is a big Plus for the Casino. I'm definitely going back..!

We stayed at Cocopah for 3 months and absolutely loved it. It was clean, everyone was so friendly and it had such a comfortable feeling. The dog park is by far the best one we have seen in our travels yet. If your dog is friendly, you can let them off the leash to run around. We already miss it. The sites are also very spacious and the pool was amazing. Nice and heated! I would highly recommend staying at this park. It truly is Yumas “best kept secret”. We will be back next year 😊

The staff has been extremely hard to work with. Their policies are absolutely no cancellations. I have been trying to get ahold of someone in management but they will not call or email me back. I’m trying to ask for a refund of my reservation due to a hardship, my reservation is over a year away, and they won’t even work with me!!! I do not recommend-there are other RV parks in this area!!
