In summary

Dominion Valley Country Club is praised for its beautiful setting, well-maintained golf course, and accommodating staff, making it a popular choice for events such as weddings and family gatherings. The club offers a variety of amenities, including a pool, tennis courts, and a well-regarded practice area. However, some visitors express concerns about the condition of the bunkers on the course, noting they are often hard and challenging to play from. Well Managed Club. Neat and Clean. A pleasant view of Golf Course and the Lake. Nice interior, A good place for family events and gatherings.

I'm a wedding photographer and captured a May wedding at Dominion Valley. There was a great space for both partners to get ready in, and the outdoor ceremony site and reception space were gorgeous! Dominion Valley is set up in a way that the venue has variety indoors and outdoors, but it doesn't feel too big and is easy to get around!

It is a very nice course, but if you are not in the fairway, it could be a long day. I've never played US Open courses or conditions, but this course could rival that with its rough.

Pretty good greens, I would rate evergreen higher though because of the history and the secluded nature. However it is very excess able and easy to plan events at.

As an Arnold Palmer designed course one expects challenging traps and a lot of them, however in the case of Dominion Valley and its sister club the traps have not been maintained or redone in its 21 year existence. Purchased by Invited Clubs in 2019 the new ownership made no Capital Investment to redo the traps, approximately 50 at DV and 30 at the Regency, therefore the traps are hazards and in most cases unplayable. They do however maintain one trap that has eye appeal off the major intersection and entrance to the club to give a false image of the rest of the course. Presently you would fin…

it's a gorgeous course in excellent condition except for its bunkers. The bunkers look good but have about 1 inch of sand over hard ground underneath making a consistent bunker shot more difficult than it should be. Practice areas and clubhouse are great

I was glad to see friends that I hadn't seen in years and celebrate with them on they're new little package. The event was so nice and the food was so good and the hall was very warming. I wish my friends a very happy journey on they bundle of joy. Love To Them

Course was in excellent shape except for the bunkers...and there are a LOT of them. Sand is mixed with clay and there are spot where there isn't much sand. Makes it pretty dicey around the greens. The practices area is one of the better ones in the area. The greens are large and soft, softer than many of the better courses in the area. That makes them a little bumpy late in the day, but they have held us well in the hot weather. I did not see much of the Clubhouse, but the bar food we ate was decent. Nice pool and tennis courts. I hadn't played here in 20 years and found it a very enjoyable af…

There are managers there that aren't perfect themselves but punish others for not being good enough / perfect enough for them. Not a place of compassion. Unless a person can live up to their unrealistic expectations not a pleasant placa to go to. Snobby, elitest, arrogant, teenage click and self righteous. ????
