Drumm Farm Golf Club

I like the course. Played Sunday and they must have separated tee times by ~5 minutes considering 18 took is about 5.5 hours. One of the longest rounds of my life. Marshalls gotta do better.

Greens are in good shape. Fairways and tee boxes are in tough shape and I don’t know if that’s common this time of year.. Price was really good, staff in clubhouse very friendly.

staff was very rude, don’t know if we caught them on a bad day, and i understand wanting to get out on time or at a decent time. as we’re just tee off on a hole a gentleman comes by and lets us know we need to bring out cart up in 5 mins, cool no problem we try our best to wrap up that hole and get out of there, because again im a paying customer just trying to finish up what i paid for while being respectful, as we’re pulling in to drop our cart off, the same gentleman firmly tells us next time we can’t finish the hole and we need to come up immediately, now we know for next time; but the old…

I will warn you right now, if you need to buy more golf balls, do not buy them in the pro shop. I bought a dozen Taylormade TP5s for $72 when Taylormade sells them for $45. I have to edit this review as the OWNER responded and accused me of smoking marijuana as to why they charge $30 more on a dozen balls.

Me and 7 friends visited KC for a weekend golf trip. We played 36 at Drumm farms on a Saturday and it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had on a golf course. Management was super nice and flexible, golf course was great for the high and low handicappers, green fees and food/drink were relatively cheap for the quality of the course. We will definitely be back. If I lived in Kansas City area I would be here all the time. Seems like a family run business where they truly value their customers.

Would not expect this nice of a golf course to be in the middle of Independence! Beautiful course + very reasonably priced. The cart girl, Amber, was such a sweetheart and so helpful during our play as well!

Golfed here for two years and put up with the bad conditions of the course. However, my car and the one parked next to me were broken into and our computers were both stolen. Club house told us that there were no cameras and that this was just the norm. They didn’t give a damn. Not one reason to go here. Don’t waste your money.

Good course! Difficult but well maintained. Holes are interesting and fun. Worth the price. Always a cart girl. Food at clubhouse is good.

Great course if you don’t mind spending 30 minutes per hole. The old guy with the pierced ears also needs to tone it down a bit. It was our first time at Drumm Farm, but he made sure to make it our last. Save yourself the trouble and book your tee times at Winterstone. **We started at 1:56pm. We completed our 11th hole by 5:30 pm.

Really hard pressed to understand some of the recent negative reviews. Lovely clubhouse staff. Course is in beautiful shape. Adequate driving range. Electric carts. Great experience playing 18 here.

1st time playing the course and had great time. Well manicured course and the greens rolled perfectly
