In summary

Dundee Country Club offers a pleasant golfing experience with a well-designed course and friendly staff, making it popular among both casual and league players. The course is noted for its mature landscape and decent conditions, particularly the greens, though some tee blocks require maintenance. However, there are recurring concerns about the slow pace of play, inconsistent maintenance, and some customer service issues.

Course was lovely. The mature growth provides great shade. It was challenging enough but still playable, easy to walk. I'd say some of the tee blocks could use some work. The cart girl was gone at 4pm on a hot sunny day which wasn't great for a 2pm tee off. Restaurant and bar were closed when we were done at 6pm. The service was below par, facility above par.

A fun place to golf. Very friendly and helpful staff. The club is older and but they are working on updating it. Joined the ladies league in 2024 and so far have had a lot of fun. We play 9 holes each week and the course is good for those of us who are not very good LOL. There are par 3 to 5s and not too many water hazards. It is still early in the season, we've had lots of rain and the greens look great, once we had the 1st cut section with longer grass and that day we all lost multiple balls, but that is was a one off. The club house offers a place to dine in or out on the patio. A small sel…

We played at 9:20 am on a Wednesday as a twosome. Pace of play was awesome, we were finished in 3 hr 45 min. The fairways, greens and bunkers were in good shape. The greens were a bit slow, but it was May and there had been a fair bit of rain 2 days earlier. Several of the tees were in poor shape. The layout consists of 6 of each, par 3’s, 4’s and 5’s and maxes out at just over 6100 yds. It is easily walkable. The course feels a little confined and would have benefited with a few more available acres. Reception in pro shop and starter was quite friendly. As a public golfer who likes to play a…

It's a nice little course. Fairly flat and walkable. The course was nice and green (see my attached pictures) with all of the rain we have had this spring. The ground on the fairways was surprisingly hard so the ball would roll a long way. The greens are very small so they can be tough to hit. Greens had a good speed to them. This course is part of golfnorth and is rated higher than Mystic near Hamilton. It is not even close, mystic is a significantly better course. Dundee has a better clubhouse so maybe that is why its rated higher under golfnorth.

This course has a lot of potential but unfortunately it is not maintained well at all. The greens are extremely furry every time I have come here. There are many patches in the fairways and rough where there is dirt. It has been like this all season. The pins clearly haven't been changed in several days as every single cup on the course is beat up. Also, every pins is way too close to the edge of every green. The people changing the holes fairly obviously didn't want to take more than 2 steps onto the green to use the better parts of the greens. All of these things could be fixed easily if the…

Played my first round at Dundee today, with my wife. We loved it. Super service from clubhouse staff and the marshals. Course was in very nice condition. A very interesting, challenging, and playable set of holes. We’ll be back. Thanks for a super day of golf!

Was driving by the golf club Friday afternoon before the long weekend and got my windshield smashed by a golf ball. Went in to speak to someone in charge of the place because I was truly upset (happy weekend to me!). Directed to Dan, the manager. Without as much as asking what happened, where, or an apology, I was met with "unfortunately there's nothing we can do". The worst part was when he proceeded to say "this happens all the time". Well, if this happens all the time, then shouldn't you actually do something about it?? Put up netting like baseball diamonds do? Or are we waiting for someon…

Pleasant atmosphere. We had dinner in the open air dining room. I had the fish taco and my friend had fish and chips. Servers were very friendly. We had Syd. She was quite cheerful yet professional. I would recommend this restaurant to others

Played 18 walking today. As I arrived at the course I noticed 2 other foursomes waiting on the first tee. We ended up teeing off 15 minutes late because of this, and ended our round just over 5 and 1/2 hours after we teed off. Every tee time is 8 minutes apart which is way too close Every tee block is 80% dirt and not even close to being level. Absolutely horrible pace of play here and way too backed up. Will never be back

Absolute dog track. Tee blocks are horrible - usually have weeds or are completely hacked up.

I love the challenge of this course. I found it to be well designed with a beautiful landscape. The greens are in better shape than most courses I've played this year. I'm looking forward to coming back!

Straight to the point: - pace of play is over 5 hours - lots of waiting per hole. - all tee boxes are like moguls; none even close to level - greens are a bit gimmicky with slope and pin placement, but not terrible - $100 for 18 and cart - generally acceptable, but the course feels more like a $60 course - their 'snacks' consist of 3 different types of chocolate bars.. literally - pro shop/ check in guy was great, as were all staff that i talked too - zero issues with that. If youre going for golf and only golf, look elsewhere. If youre going to just get out of the house, have a few drinks an…
