In summary

Eagle Falls Golf Course is frequently praised for its excellent course conditions, scenic layout, and friendly staff, making it a memorable golfing experience. Many appreciate the variety of hole designs and the overall playability of the course. However, some visitors have noted issues with slow pace of play and inconsistent maintenance, particularly concerning the greens and sand traps. Despite these concerns, the course remains a popular choice for its challenging yet enjoyable design.

We found our golf at Eagle Falls to be an excellent experience. The bag staff literally ran to our car to take care of our bags and got them loaded quickly. Check in was a breeze (we made reservations through their website - rates seemed pricey, but were actually competitive for the high season and there were no taxes). The ride to the driving range was an early indicator that this was not a typical Palm Springs course - lots of space, some elevation changes, and some water features. The putting green and driving range were excellent, but the chipping section was just two flags planted in a se…

A very pleasant golfing experience. Friendly staff, the course was in good shape, and it's a nice scenic layout that's very playable and not too punishing. Plenty of bunkers and some water, but not a layout that punishes a few misfits too badly. We had an excellent day!

First off the course is in great shape. Very friendly staff, except the pro shop. The first eight holes were very nice. The pace of play was very good. Then we hit hole nine, a par three. There were three groups backed up. This continued until hole 15. There were four groups backed up. The marshaller stopped and talked to one of the groups and drove on. I think he went home. We were the 4th group. Two of the groups ahead of his called it quits. We played 16 and drove in. The group in front of us said this slow play is common. We told the staff when returned about the slow play. Well naturally t…

Played today Feb 10th 2026. We have played here for 15 years when we visit Palm Springs. Very disappointing. Greens were very slow. Almost like a Muni. Course conditions were very mediocre for the price. They seem like they don't want to operate a quality course anymore. Green fees have gone up by about 50% over the last few years and the quality has gone down 50%. This layout is phenomenal. It's too bad they don't take better care of the course. Sand traps were not groomed. Weeds growing the parking lot. We won't be back until we see some very good reviews and actually see the course in great…

My friends and I played eagle falls on Sunday 2/9. Our tee time was at 8:30am but when we got there (7:50am) the starter pretty much forced us to go out at 8:20am to accommodate a group of 8 that wanted to play together. We figured it would be better being in front of 8 than behind the 8 so we obliged without any pushback. The Marshall came up to us on the 2nd hole and told us to keep up with the group in front of us who were probably a full hole ahead. We said we will play fast and pick up the pace if we were getting caught up by the group behind us, who was not on the tee box when we were o…

We absolutely love this golf course, epic Clive Clark design. From start to finish it is a wonderful track, price is great too for the Coachella Valley. Marc, the starter is fantastic, very friendly and helpful. We love his attention to detail and his continual dedication to being on time or running ahead of schedule, much appreciated.

I totally agree with the previous review as we also played this course for our first time ever. We recently played The Classic Club 2 days prior and this course was in pristine condition. I will not even compare this course to 2 other courses I played as they are very private. But it was double the price, but we were more then willing to pay the price for awesome conditions. To start, the Starter was bragging as to how great the greens were and they were going to be fast, fast, fast. Well where was the starter on your course playing as he did not play Eagle Falls as the greens on this day were…

Enjoyed our round here. The amenities (food, pro shop, etc.) are very basic but have everything you need. The course was in fantastic shape and good for all skill levels. We played another course in the area that was much more expensive and still enjoyed our overall experience here much more.

Had a 7AM tee time on 11/8, first ones out. Course is very pure, fairways were like carpet, greens were rolling a tad slow but I believe they punched recently. Super fun layout with a lot of gettable holes. Practice facility was 10/10 as well.

Very nice. Played on a very windy day, 15 - 20mph and because of the layout- not noticeable. The course has high berms protecting each hole. Well kept, good/true greens and fair pricing.

Great golf course! The staff takes care of you. Course is pretty narrow, target golf on the front 9. The back 9 opens up and you can unleash the big dog. Greens are in great shape, putt very true. It can get windy during the round which makes it more challenging. I will be back!
