I recently bought a park model and I am totally enjoying living here. There are always activities to do and 60 clubs to join. I am learning to golf since we have a golf course. The people who live here are friendly and helpful. When I am carrying things in people are always offering to help. Love water volleyball and pickle ball best. Pickle ball there are lots of good players to play every morning.

Stayed here four three months last year and visited again this year. This is simply just a fun place to go. Great pickleball activities, lots of organized events and activities if you want from organized and supervised hiking to fitness classes, cards , golfing The combination of IUS, Canadian and international owners and renters is celebrated and events planned to honour and promote the combination. You will find your “ winter” friends become an important part of your circle that you look forward to renewing every year. The greenery of the golf course, the water features , the lighted palm tr…

My Mom lives here and it is fantastic and affordable for 55+ people. Great pools, activity rooms, well maintained and beautiful complex and very friendly atmosphere. My mom loves living there and we really enjoy visiting her there too. There are rentals as well as lots of inexpensive homes available for sale. I struggle with the mask mandate but I understand the concerns of the older residents.

We're trying the "Snowbird" experience and found this awesome gem in Indio. Easy access for RV's. There are multiple rental pads, which are wide and spacious. Pet friendly, however, there is no dog park on site. There is a dog park out the back gate, but you have to buy a transponder to get in and out of the gate. Lots to do. The regulars are wonderful. Except for the dog park, it's awesome.

Great little gated community of 800 sites where I have met some of the nicest people I've ever met. A pretty special place for adult daycare!

Found this 'gem' in our own backyard. After living in the valley for over 30 years, we found RCB on our way to retirement. We are so very blessed to be able to find a place that we may travel during the summer and still be able to enjoy Our valley during the desert seasonal months. We have made life time friends, that we can call family. Pickleball, golf, tennis, aerobics, classes of all sorts, cards, games, pool tables, lessons, pools and Jacuzzis by day, dances, happy hours and parties by night. Off site activities also planned if you want to join in. If you get board here, it's your fault.…

An absolute dream of a place! Pickleball in the morning, water volleyball next, golf in the early afternoon, live music in the early evening, pickleball under-the-lights, drinks around a firepit at night with amazing friends! Rinse & Repeat! So much to do, so little time! Cards, hiking, biking, swimming, aerobics, arts & crafts, karaoke, the activities go on and on! For 5 months a year, it becomes my heaven on earth! Staff are wonderful! Residents are very friendly and welcoming! Very clean and nice! Looking forward to an amazing future!
