Eaglewood Resort & Spa

I give 2 points 1 for the bell and valet staff 1 for the restaurant. That's it. The hotel was dirty. Also, I had injured my ankle and was not able to go on a trip I had planned with friends. So I thought "I'll check into a nice hotel where I can rest, ice and elevate my ankle, and pamper myself a bit too. This was NOT the place for that!! The resort is spread out over a large area. The accessible rooms are all clustered at the end of the farthest wing from the hotel lobby and restaurants. They do NOT provide room service. The Valet Maney was so helpful to me when I arrived on Friday and when I left on Sunday. He was friendly and kind and went way out out his way. The weather was bad and he even helped me clean off the snow from my car. I have been to the Hotel many times and his service is Always Excellent!!!! I hope he is appreciated.

The course was very manicured, neatly tucked away far enough grin the hub bub, close enough to do some damage! Quiet spot to conduct business on grounds in the hotel conference rooms, plenty of refreshments, very well taken care of, the food in the restaurant was above average, try the blackened fish(salmon)! Overall a great experience, quality rooms, clean spot, great view from the room!

I stayed at the Eagle Resort and Spa while attending the Shades of Black Elegance, a large professional women’s conference. Unfortunately, my experience as a guest was disappointing and did not meet the standards I expected this past weekend. On our first night, my family and I were unable to get any rest due to a wedding party that was gathering loudly in the hallways and rooms throughout the night, coming and going until approximately 3:00 a.m. Despite the ongoing disruption, no action was taken to address the noise or ensure a restful environment for other guests. Have been playing here for years. Last Saturday was an unexpected 60 degrees with sunshine. Perfect time to get out and play. The greens were bumpy as they probably aerated recently. Besides that the leaves were cleaned up enough that nobody in our foursome lost a ball in a pile of leaves. In the woods, water, parking lot, that’s a different story.

This golf course has it all. A resort to stay and play, banquet ballrooms up to 7,000 Sq ft. Top notch restaurants and golf shop services. Oh, did I mention their beautiful 18 hoke par 72?

Unmatchable quality. Spa is superior and offers all kinds of choices for every age. Steam room with eucalyptus. This is part of the pool and whirlpool area. Even a Finish dry sauna not extra charge. Beautiful views from every room. Food is fresh innovative health fun and creative. So the Golf course is OF A certified. So much water to swing over. Great course not easy. Very fun though. Come try. Bring your whole family!

Tucked away on the NW suburbs, this place is a gem . Frank loyd Wright motif and a great golf experience ,staff is friendly and efficient. Food service is average. Great place for a weekend getaway.

Great course, beautiful scenery. Very hilly! Tough greens. Downside is Tee boxes are SUPER close to where pins or in the direction of pins. Sometimes can't see if anyone is even done. Otherwise great course

Beautiful hotel, accommodating staff. Large clean rooms. Plenty of amenities.

Probably the worst golf experience of my life. I have played 200+ rounds. Only gave the 2 stars because the ranger was a nice guy, but whoever allowed public tee times directly after a company outing today should never do that again. I paid $80 to play a 5 hour round waiting an average of 12 minutes per tee box.

Very good for staycation with family looking for fresh air and nature view. To bad the hottub is not that hot when I come. But everything else so far so good
