In summary

Eaton Canyon Golf Course is appreciated for its affordability, scenic views, and well-maintained greens, making it a popular choice for both beginners and those looking to practice their short game. The course layout is generally fun and challenging, but there are frequent mentions of patchy fairways, bumpy cart paths, and issues with the driving range. Some visitors have expressed concerns about customer service and management, particularly regarding booking processes and course maintenance.

Fun track at a responsible price. Kids $5 was great. The layout was fun. The fairways were in rough shape but tje greens are nice considering.

Can’t see why the low ratings. Going in, I don’t expect much for a 9 hole course. Happy that it’s pseudo regulation and not all par 3’s. Lots of dirt but mostly near the tee boxes and not fairways, which is nice. You do get a little dirty, but whatever. Greens were fast and well maintained. For the price and type of course had a lot of fun late Wednesday afternoon. If you want better, pay more and go to a reg course. Why not five stars? Does have patchy fairways in spots. The dirt paths and patches get rough and dusty. Will I be back? Yes sir. With the time change, playing 9 is the goal and t…

Always nice view, a bit greener this time around and although am more familiar with it still managed to be surprised but fun all around.

Casual, affordable par-3 that’s perfect for beginners or tuning up your short game. Walk-on times are decent on weekdays. Parking is free and close to the clubhouse. The course is flat and forgiving but still fun. Staff are chill and keep things moving. Great hour-and-a-half loop with friends

Not a great place to spend time on the range. Besides running out of balls and having to wait, many of the range balls needed to be tossed. They were not only worn but some severely damaged. The field didn't have any yardage markers whatsoever. Don't think I'll be back.

This course is really nice. Some of the fairways are downhill and it's hard to see whether the group in front of you is clear. Some of the fairways are a little narrow, but overall it's a great course. The greens are all great and the course well maintained. The sand traps don't really have sand in them or at least the sand felt like straight dirt, but that's not too big of a deal. At the driving range you hit off actual turf instead of mats. That's great because it gets you into the rhythm of hitting off grass and hitting off mats isn't the same. Sam at the pro shop was excellent. He communic…

First time here. Greens are in good condition in my opinion. But that's the only "good" part of course. Fairways and cart paths are simply crap. Lack of pride. This course should be beautiful considering its location and views. The driving range is saddest range I've ever seen lol. We won't come back.

We LOVE Eaton Canyon! My son and I have been coming here for years. Great hospitality (Ruby is great) and wonderful times. Since the Altadena fires, there are many improvements. If you haven't been here in a while, come back and check it out

This course is not in that great of shape. Quite a few bare spots on some fairways. Greens weren't too bad but they just punched and sanded them last week. Cart paths are very bumpy and often dirt. A lot of the rough very bumpy also. Staff was nice at least. Good food in snack shop also.. Some nice views of mountains north of Pasadena. Popular course among locals but I don't desire to play it again.

Called them to book a tee time and they said tee time booking has to be done online. But they don’t have a website, so we are left with crappy 3rd party services. Then if you search on google someone has a phishing website pretending to be the course. And then you can’t cancel over the phone if you want to make changes and it becomes a big mess. Why make it so complicated? It’s not that hard to run a website….

3rd time playing here, In summary, the greens are in good condition and challenging, fairways definitely needs some maintenance, the cart path is the worst I've seen, and as others said STUFF ARE RUDE. I just found this couse a month ago because I only have time in the morning so a 9 hole is perfect for me, the first two rounds were ok since we are the earliest group, until today, worst experience I've ever had. I have a group of two and there is a single player infront of us and a group of 4 in front of him. The group of 4 were playing slow, so us and the single player and the groups behind…
