My family and I stayed at this property late July 2021. We arrived at 2:30am after being on the road all day, to find the linen on the bed in the bedroom was soiled with a big yellowish stain. So, at this time of the morning instead of being able to enjoy the accommodations of a nice comfy bed, we were washing linen and cleaning this filthy place until 5:30am. The floors needed a serious deep cleansing or power wash. To add to insult when I contacted the manager later in the morning, he only took $50 off that night which we spent most of it cleaning. Then when we checked out, we found out they…

We stayed for a weekend getaway. When we checked in I asked for late check-out, which my status with the hotel allows, and was told they did not have the housekeeping staff to allow for it. The building our room was in was a good distance from the parking lot, and we were thankful there was no rain. Thankfully there was an elevator, which helped to unload a loading easier since we were on the second floor. We were woken up one morning by a noise coming from the wall behind the TV and we were afraid it was going to fall but discovered that wasn't it, and never figured it out. It kept practical…

Been coming here for a long time and have watched the place go downhill. Early on we stayed in two bedroom accommodations, once children were grown we started staying in one bedroom. The two bedroom are very spacious, but not so much for the one bedroom. We gave two stars because of what we once knew the place to be and the cleanliness of the room when we arrived. We had two bath towels we returned to front desk for exchange because of what looked like blood stains. The tile floor in kitchen area and bathroom was very sticky and black when wiped with paper towel, like it was mopped with dirty…

I stayed here the past few nights and had a lovely experience! We thankfully got a 1st floor unit in building 10, apartment 10A1. The mixed reviews had me a bit nervous, but I was pleasantly surprised. Fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. Updated flat screen TVs. Inside and outside I was impressed. My only negative was the couch...it was so dated and nasty looking that I covered it with a spare sheet just to sit on it. But we didn’t spend much time in the room so that wasn’t too bad. The free Huntington Beach pass was amazing and we enjoyed the private beach access. Overall great stay…

We had a great time here. We stayed in an older 2 bedroom suite. Some wear on the carpets and furniture but everything was very clean. Loved the layout and screened in porch. Our kids had fun at the pools and activities. Will return for sure.

Indoor pool was very nice and convenient. Cleaning crew was very short staffed. Rooms in renovated side night and day to rooms not renovated. You do not want to stay in room that is not renovated! They are working on updating the place though. Fitness room was unusable due to lack of cleanliness; there was a full bin of molded towels. Staff was very helpful and friendly though.

We went to Myrtle Beach for a quick weekend back to school getaway for our kids. I requested an upstairs unit but when we arrived to check in their excuse was "there was a problem with the air in the upstairs unit" so we were given one on the bottom. Ok. No problem, so we thought. Ten minutes into entering the room we hear a full football/ soccer match happening above us. Called the front desk to complain about the NOISE... it stopped for a whole 8 minutes!!! We basically had to deal with it while this lady with her three boys from Virginia made our stay miserable while they were in their unit…

The stay was awful. I would not recommend. The units are like old cruddy apartments with old and broken appliances. The cleaning people do next to nothing. The shower had mold in it. The carpet had some garbage on it. The fold out bed was broken. Things were missing. We had no frying pans, utensils, and the dishwasher was broken. We felt dirty the whole time. This is the first time that a hotel left me wishing I had stayed with family.

Leaving the office and being informed that our Apt. was in the back of the building we removed our luggage and proceeded to the rear. When we arrive to our building and went through to the back the Apt was not there and since the building doesn't have a map or sequence of Apt locations that make sense we searched the rear high and low only to discover the Apt was in the front at the top which for me was ok but for my mom was a bit of a struggle daily (we stayed from 7/16-7/19). The room was presented well but on the inside things slowly changed. The rooms or spaces they have pictured online h…

Location to everything nearby was awesome. We especially loved the small commute to the Marshwalk restaurants! Room was nice. The cleaning crew must have left the door open and we had to kill many mosquitoes. Make sure to be quick when entering the main door each time!

Loving our stay here. We are in a two bedroom unit and it has plenty of room for four adults, a teen, a toddler and a baby. Bedrooms and bathrooms are large and clean. Nice size screened in porch. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, and pans. Dishwasher, washer, and dryer all work great and they provide complimentary dish and laundry soap. Three pools, one of them is indoor and it is a nice size. Free water exercise classes every day. Mini golf is free and the driving range is only $5. We also were given a free pass to the state parks. The only criticisms I can give are the out dated T…

The staff at check in were fantastic. The condo was nice and roomy. The end. We were promised daily garbage removal and towels exchange. After three days of no housekeeping, we went and inquired at reception. That evening, our garbage had been removed. We were given towels when we were at reception. That was it. No garbage removal for the rest of the week. No fresh towels. ZERO housekeeping. Nice place to stay if you don't mind using the same towels for a week, and don't create any garbage. Bring your own laundry detergent, coffee, and filters, toilet paper, paper towels. Don't expect housekee…
