Really nice senior community. Includes an executive golf course (3 par, 9 holes), a small croquet field, a large fish pond, and a wood working shed. The community center is incredibly well maintained, with a bridge room, library, fireside room, meeting rooms, restrooms, and an outdoor pool and patio. Each of the homes are privately owned. There are attached, grind level and second floor units, as well as single story duplex units. Sizes range between roughly 950-1,200 SF with 1 or 2 beds and 1.5 baths. We don't live here, but I take my children to feed the fish in the pond. Very clean and nice place. People are very friendly. Overall it has a happy vibe. I'm considering buying a condo for my mom in this community.
